Worst drive through in Louisville, and that's quite a low bar to reach. They never give me a receipt, likely because they don't want me to take the survey. I don't know the name of the nasty person in the drive through (hence another reason they probably don't give me a receipt). But it's the young black girl in the mornings; she always seems like she is angry at the whole world. I know it's hard to get help in bottom-dwelling jobs these days, but you have to do better than this person.

Nobody in the drive through queue before me or behind me, but she barks out "pull around front." So I do. Then she gingerly strolls out the front door and just stares at me until I have to take the food from her grasp. I say thank you. And she says nothing and just gives her angry nasty look again.
Please take these people down the road to Chick-fil-A and show them what customer service looks like. Hell, you could take this girl down to the other Burger King store a few miles away and teach her some things. It's pathetic.
