I had the pharmacy manager see that I was next in line for the flu shot and all of a sudden she was done and walked away from the pharmacy, refusing to administer it. Also, she was to change one of my prescriptions from a 90 day prescription to a 30 day prescription; instead, she changed ALL of my prescriptions to 90 day prescriptions, without my permission. On Nov 8, 2022, all of my prescriptions that are synced up were due to be filled and available. All of a sudden, she's back from maternity leave and all of my meds are NOT filled that day. Instead, they're all marked as "filled and picked up by the customer, they're not available to be filled again until February 2023." Can you imagine how hard it was to get my meds that day? Now, my next prescription that needs to be filled, SUDDENLY, that number is no longer recognized by the pharmacy computer as a viable prescription. I've already had to call the Stop & Shop 800# twice to bring problems to their attention, such as hippa violations. Every time I take advice from one of the employees about how to interact with my doctor office's, it always end up going VERY BADLY and I'm the one that suffers. This pharmacy manager needs to be replaced. What are they going to do to my prescriptions next? I can't just go without my medications! This is not appropriate.
Desired outcome: I'd like an apology, the manager replaced and no one canceling out my prescriptions.
