I have the Ulta Rewards MasterCard that I use frequently and For the months of January and February, no points were added. I went back and forth between Ulta and MasterCard with no resolution. I tried to place an order in April using my points and the order would not go through and I was unable to use my points until the issue was resolved, which it wasn't despite several phone calls and emails. I tried again to order online the beginning of May, hoping to redeem my points, with the same result. I spoke to somebody in corporate that it was being looked into but didn't receive a followup call. On June1st I received a notification that I had a in store online pickup order ready at a store in Freso CA. I live in Michigan and did not place the order. There was a email and paypal account that I did not recognize on the confirmation email. I immediately called and I was told it would be immediately cancelled, later I was notified by email the order had been picked up and the points were missing from my account. I reached out to Ulta and the points were returned, however when I tried to log back in to my account it would not recogzize my email. On June 4th I called to verify my information and was informed that another email was listed but they could not provide that information. I now have no access to my rewards account or my points. I was told I would receive a call back that day with a resolution and have heard nothing since.
Desired outcome: I would like Ulta to tell me why they deserve my business and at the very least, I want my points returned to me plus extra for all of the trouble and lack of service.
