The managers and employees are so unreasonable, unprofessional, delusional, irresponsible, and literally on the border of being Insane. This manager lost his mind. He was so angered he stomped the ground with his foot, having a temper tantrum & proceeded to tell me, if I have to wear this [censored]ing mask, you do. Then told me to get the Hell out of there. I was going to tape him but he ran inside the store, when he saw me reach for my phone. Along with his other puppet employees. They forced me out of the building and refused me service because I did not have a mask on. Would have taken me 8mins total to grab 2 items. This is Menards way of being part of the new world order and being part of the corrupt cabal! It's all about power and control to them. It's not about providing quality customer service it's about having the power to enforce rules upon the public and forcing them to do what they want you to do. There intoxicated with control! Drunk on power! No different from an insecure teacher on a playground forcing these children that are 100% healthy to wear masks is absolutely stealing the rights and liberties from these kids as human beings and trying to control their minds and manipulate them into doing what they want. At Menard, it's just with adults. It has nothing to do with someone's health. Its "all about power & control". I've been shopping at Menard for 25yrs & had a big - card. Sure I've spent a lot of money there & built & remodeled several homes. They got there $ from me. But, not anymore! Cancelled the card and they will never ever get another penny from me again! They can take this authoritarian attitude and shove it up their [censored]. Plus Lowes and HD have much better quality products and their employees are higher functioning. Menards hires uneducated people w/no training. Bad mixture! Bad service! Lowes and HD, not only know where things are they usually know what there talking about if they don't, they find out. 10x's better service and quality. Menards r cheaper with their rebate system but we return at least 30% of our items because the quality is so poor. Plus the mill work and lumber is of the worst quality of any hardware store in the Midwest. The time it takes to return the [censored] items, you might as well pay more at another store and not have to return it. I've been wanting a reason to leave Menard for a long time and now I have it. Just opened up my new Lowes and HD card. Thanks for the terrible service Menard we appreciate it! Enjoy your scamdemic policies!
