The Wendy’s at 1730 North Olden Ave., Trenton, NJ 08638, around 12:03pm on today (9/22/2023) said that they do not have small size. I ordered, thru the drive through, two combo meals and requested one of the meals in small size. The employee said that they do not have small. When in fact I have always ordered a size small when ordering myself a combo meal. I got home to look on the app to see if in fact the size small had been discontinued…the size small is still a choice on the app. Whomever the employee was taking the order needs to be retrained or no longer work at a register. Very disappointed she put the size medium through and lied to me, the customer, and was in fact charged for the medium size. The receipt says the host name is Katerina and the cashier name was Angel. I did call the restaurant and spoke to the manager to let them know what happened and she told me I can come back in to the restaurant. However, I do not have time today to return back to that location.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the difference between the small/medium size costs and that particular employee reprimanded for giving customers incorrect information.
Wendy’s - Coupon not discounted correctly; was cheated out of money.
I was just at Wendy's ordering from the drive-thru. I had a coupon for a free lemonade with any purchase and a coupon for $1.99 for a kids meal. The lemonade was taken off correctly but the kids meal was not. I've attached a photo of the receipt. The restaurant and drive-thru was crowded so I tried calling the restaurant. No one answered the phone so that is the reason for this written complaint.
It's not about the few cents I was cheated out of but the cashiers lack or intelligence to know that the calculation was not correct.
Therefore I am requesting a credit for the changes owed or whatever compensation you'll provide. This particular restaurant has a reputation for issues such as this from what I'm told.
Thank you for your anticipated attention to this issue, which may seem small but can be huge when done to multiple customers.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome - correct change given or whatever compensation Wendy’s feel is appropriate; AND to notify management of this particular issue and consult with the staff so this does not happen to any future customers.
