Worst customer service ever —
Salesman todd wolford took our money for 2 recliners and a sofa,
Theresa gull knew there was an issue with the delivery, however did not think it was important enough to share with me, the customer that took a day off to accept deliver. Sherry ingram got into the web of lies after several phone calls by an very irritated customer. I recieved 5 different stories from 3 of them. We waited 3 weeks to get the furniture and will have to wait another 3 to get the missing piece and take another day off of work to cover their mistake. Theresa knew there was an issue but decided that the customer did not need to know. Despite the inconvenience of taking a day off for receipt - they do not see that it is necessary to accomodate the customer on their regularly scheduled days off. I will never repeat business with ashley furniture and will strongly discourage any purchases from my friends and colleagues. Do not purchase furnature from any of these 3 people or anyone at the reynoldsburgh ohio brice road location _ note: I would attach a proof photo if I had my furniture!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They were quick to take our money, but failed to deliver the entire order.We had to wait 3 weeks and take a day off to accept delivery of the furniture. Theresa knew there was an issue with the delivery but didn't think it was necessary to inform the consumer that there was an issue. Took a day off work and now they want me to take another one? No customer focus at all. They do not want to accomodate the customer for an error on their end -- I have received 5 different stories regarding the whereabouts of the missing furniture, each time I call or appear I get a different answer. I don't thinkg the piece was orderd, it will be 6 week total of time from payment to supposed delivery of furniture. We could have had a custom order of higher quality in that time. SUPER BOWL PARTY? CANCELED! NO furniture. Gave away old furniture as most people do because you cannot fit both old and new in same room. These people do not care about the customer and do not want to do anything to compensate for their error.
We purchased TWO couches. They needed to be restuffed after only two weeks of use. Tech came and only did half the job. Somehow, they did not communicate what exactly needed to be fixed. Booking a time and day is always when it is convenient for them. Not us. We tell them we can be home for that date so they refuse to come out. They want the unit picked up! Ugh!
They are extremely unaccomodating. Very very poor customer service. The worst. I have dealt with a lot of furniture stores before and this is the first time with Ashleys and they are absolutely terrible. Garbage.
BEWARE of this company. They are all NICEY, NICEY when your in the store and taking your money, but when it comes to having furniture delivered it is a complete NIGHTMARE! Very poor customer service and rude. Will never purchase from there again and have made it known to anyone looking for furniture to bypass this company all together!
Ditto. Salespeople are dishonest. Furniture came damaged and began falling apart within the first couple of months. When I called to report the problem T(h)eresa offered to sell me more furniture to replace it. Was also contacted by a woman named "Sherry" (may have been the same person you dealt with). Had their lawyer threaten to sue me if I tried to get them to honor their contract. Worst business of it's kind I have ever dealt with. Would never do business with them again. Never been threatened by a big shot lawyer before - especially when I'm well within my rights. Don't bother if you're squeamish around lawyers. Company has continued to criminally harass me pursuant to ORC Section 2917.21 (A) (B) (C) (1) (2) entitled Telecommunications and Harassment which constitutes a misdemeanor for for a first offense and a level 5 felony for each subsequent offense. So far there have been three offenses on three separate occasions with no end in sight. Have informed the company numerous times in writing not to contact me with solicitous material yet the company continues to harass me after having been informed that the material was offensive to me after they failed to make good on promises and this is just the tip of the ice berg.
