Camping World - Financial department

I went to Ridgeland SC on May 20 to see some RVs that were under $15,000. I got there about an hour before closing and was shown two RVs. I went with my mom the first time, so she can verify/back me up. One was a new Coleman and the other a 2022 Jayco. They say they need to see if I can actually tow a camper since I don't have a tow package on my jeep. I go back a week later by myself, May 27, and the sales guy says he was mistaken it was listed at 19,999. And he says he's found the one that was 14,999. I check it out, and they ask me if I would like to see the pricing for both models. I say that I would first like to see it on the one I originally saw. Sales guy goes in with his manager and comes back out saying that the price dropped since it's been a week and it's a holiday weekend so it'll only be 18,500 ish. I say great, they show me what my estimated payment would be with so and so percent down. I put down $5,000, which should be 25%, so I'm thinking my loan would only be to finance the remaining $13,000. Then the parts department comes and says that there's a hitch that would fit and shows me a picture of it. I also ask about the back-up camera, since I would like to have it. They say it's a plug-and-play and only costs $60. The price was blacked out on the tow hitch. No breakdown of parts and labor, just that this general tow hitch would fit. I call to get a quick quote for insurance, the insurance asks me if it's new/used, VIN, all that stuff. Insurance tells me that based on the price that I gave them, used a year old, $18,500 ish, they'll insure for the price as if it's new so it would benefit me, if something were to happen to it. Then I go into the finance room, and the finance guy asks me if I could put down another $560, I say sure, write a check out, and I'm initialing paperwork, but the guy's dog is out (I was okay with it), probably shouldn't have been. I get to the finance paperwork and see that the same price is listed as $23,400. I ask why this is, and he states it's just because of the insurance. So I trusted their words and signed. I left, and was thinking that something didn't add up right because the loan ended up being for $25,000 ish dollars, with my 5,000 down. How is it that a vehicle advertised for 19,999, and dropped in price to $18,500 because of a holiday weekend, can end up costing nearly 30,000. I should have only needed to finance $13,000 plus tags, titles, and such. I looked it over and it's just all messed up, and I tried to cancel thinking there was a three day cooling off period. But that only applies to certain things, I sent a formal letter during this time and cancelled my down payment checks so they wouldn't cash them. I have not received the trailer, or the hitch work, or made a payment towards the loan. I called the bank to cancel the funding and they won't let me, saying that the dealer has to. And I talk to the dealer and they say no, you signed a contract and they already had the information sent to the DMV. This was a lie as I looked it up on two separate occasions and it said it didn't exist in the system. So since I cancelled my checks, they're saying they're going to sue me. Also a gap waiver, doesn't actually waive the gap insurance... And I looked up the parts, the tow hitch maximum value with all the wiring and harnesses is $370, the camera I found for $30, even if it's $60. That's only $430, the charge listed as D1 was about $3,000. That's an insane price for labor to attach a tow. I was never given the option to get the part and go elsewhere. Also a few of the add-ons, I was led to believe were included with the insurance I went with, since it was through them. Then they added charges to my loan, about $2,000 each. So an extra $4,000. If possible, since I feel I have been taken advantage of, I would love to cancel completely. I think they took part in fraud, and false advertising. But if I cannot get out of it, I wish to renegotiate with the price I was promised, and my parts and labor off the contract (I'll go elsewhere to install, U-Haul will do it and give me a lifetime warranty), and those elective selections that I thought were a part of the insurance benefits, that are also their umbrella company (Good Sam insurance).

Desired outcome: Rescind loan with m&t bank

I just want to cancel the loan since I never took delivery of the product. All my calls have been strong no's. I'm going to call again today, June 16th. If there's another no, I'm going to see them in civil court, or counter sue for possible fraud.

Desired outcome: Cancellation of loan
