Dave & Buster’s - credit card lost

We had a problem with the wait staff. She was not attentive, but then she lost our credit card. After we informed her that the card was missing, we saw her retrace her steps looking for the card on the floor and the tables that she had waited on. She did not locate the card. Then she proceeded to take orders at another table. For the second time, we approached her and asked if she could find our credit card. She huffed off, after a long wait she came back, threw the credit card across the table, hitting my husband. When she walked by again, I started to say something to her and she said "Do not speak to me". We sat there in shock, then asked for the manager, who was apologetic. We left. In retrospect, I am still aggravated about this experience and would like to be reimbursed for our meal. I have called the 800 number for complaints, but hae not received a return call.

Desired outcome: Please refund

Dave & Buster’s - The issue to be addressed, refund for missing tickets

Our visit at Dave and busters attached to the Opry mills mall was very disappointing. The staff at this location was excellent, especially the front door attendant. She was very polite and funny and did a really good job upselling the 60 dollar deal for tickets. We purchased the deal and we’re super excited for how many games we could play. Once we began playing games however we found that many of them did not work and would steal tickets off of our card. We should have got around 400 tickets worth of game time but ended only being able to use less than 200 of them. Some games that had errors were the basketball connect four, that took almost 100 points off of our card and would not let us play two person, the ski ball that did not give any balls though taking points off, hungry hippos that the levers did not work for, the snow catcher game that the piece would not move for, and a few others. After being greatly disappointed by the broken games we decided to get a prize with the few tickets we were able to get, only to find out that the toy we had gotten was broken and did not work either.

Dave & Buster’s - Customer service

I went to dave and busters around 9pm with my niece and 8 of her friends for her 17th birthday. We were there about 20 mins looking for a sit and I notice someone sitting at a table I knew in passing. I saw here family was wrapping up and asked her to were they getting ready to leave she said shortly. I table was close to the bar so my niece and friends played games and I sat at the bar. When they were ordering dessert I got up and waited by the table. They finished up and me and niece and her friends sat down. At the same time another lady sat down and stated the waitress said she could have the table. I told her I had been waiting for about an hour at this point and the table was first come first serve, She said she asked the waitress if she could have the table and she said yes. The waitress had not ideal I had been waiting for an hour at this point. The Dee chambers came over and immediately asked me and my family to move. I explain to him the above actions and he stated the other lady was there first, I said no she wasn't that she asked the waitress and I did not, because I know the waitress do not hold sets. He said he would find us a sit up in the dinning area but we did not want to sit there. He called me a liar several times and told me my family had to move. He was rude and distressful. Worst experience i ever had at a Dave and Buster. Manager was absolutely terrible and had no professional experience. I had my 16 year on niece with me and after we left she said auntie as she was crying that i hear about racism but have experience it until tonight. I feel horrible and how because the color of our skin someone can miss treat us. Dave gave the worst customer service every. I have no ticket number because we left. The waitress cause the issue and the manager had no experience handle conflict. He also called me a lie several times and showed his true colors. I can not believe that it is 2020 and people are still acting this way. I am going to post my experience every where i can. people need to know what type of people work for your company.
Worst experience every by Dave Chambers. Was it bad enough for him to lose his job. YES, you do not need employees like that representing your company.

Worst experience i ever had at a Dave and Buster;
The manager was terrible and had no professional experience. I had my 16 years on niece with me, and after we left, she said auntie as she was crying that i hear about racism but have experienced it until tonight. I feel horrible and how, because of the color of our skin, someone can miss treat us. Dave gave the worst customer service every. I have no ticket number because we left. The waitress causes the issue, and the manager had no experience to handle conflict. He also called me a lie several times and showed his true colors. I can not believe that it is 2020, and people are still acting this way. I am going to post my experience everywhere i can., people need to know what type of people work for your company.
