I stayed at this hotel six times in the past year and never had a problem. Now this when I come back to attend a funeral. Unbelievable. Checked in at 8pm with my government ID was given a room key to 319. Did not go up to the room. Returned to the hotel for the night at 1am. Went up to 319 I walked in and found the room a mess. Came back down talk to the front desk. Was initially told that I could be given a different room someone else just checked out of and I could change the sheets for tonight. Front desk employee then went up to check room 319 and 316. Room 319 was a little cleaner so he asked if he changed the sheets if that would be okay. He offer to refund me by I would have to wait for the manager. We found out I was given the wrong room. I could have gotten into the room and gotten injured because someone thought I was breaking who knows. Employee rechecked the records after all of this inconvenience for me and found out I was given the wrong room. I have a severe right ankle sprain that was agitated by all the up to the rooms and back down movement several times in a row. Not professional at all. Talked to the manager and he gave me that night back. When I checked out it wasn't changed and I was charged the full amount of my card. Not only did they mess up my room number possibly putting me in harms way.l. Ridiculous I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

Stealing money off of my and my daughter card and she has never stayed there Unsafe / unsanitary room, lack of response, lies Hotel kept my money and the room was already paid for. rude employees, old/worn bedding, bad housekeeping Fix this place.
