They never answer phones, everytime you need to reach someone regarding test results or anything in general so you have to walk in, even if they are not busy, I have literally walked in and no one in lobby and called just to see if they would pick up and no no one picks up the phones, which is very annoying when you just want to follow up on lab results.
Desired outcome: Get employees to answer the phones
I appreciate your response...but as I mentioned on my complaint, I have tried calling when literally no donors are there and they still never pick up the phone so please it is not that they are busy they choose not to pick up, very frustrating...
BioLife Plasma Services - I am complaining about an employee at the FM 1960 location
I had gone through the whole process of my first time donating and made it to the interview. This really tall black lady with braids asked me one question "what did you eat today?" And i told her I had a glass of milk, water and a breakfast burrito from taco bell she immediately shut me down and said i hadn't eaten enough and she wanted to "terminate" the session while at the same time becoming exceedingly hostile. I asked her if she had a problem with people like me and she said "what do you mean by that" and I said "do you have a problem with white men?" She said "you have no idea" and pulled another lab coat person in to tell her that she wanted my appointment "terminated" and did this outside of her office in front of employees and patrons and publicly embarrassed me. After the tall black lady left the other woman said "this happens all the time. Go to the front and ask for Miguel" (or Michael maybe she said.) I didnt get to speak to him as i was told he was in a meeting, however, i did speak with the assistant manager, Amanda, and she understood the inconveneice and apologized and compensated me monetarily on my debit card. I will refuse to work with that other woman as i feel she is harboring hatred and brings her home life to work with her and makes others suffer.
Desired outcome: i want this woman reprimanded and given a seminar on business ethics, racial tolerance and on how to keep your emotions in check in the work place.

BioLife Plasma Services - BioLife center 1960 & Eldridge
Good morning, for about a little over a week the restrooms in this public center have been out of order, as a returning donor the wait times can be very long and as a person needing to be hydrated using the restroom right before donating is pretty much needed. I hope this issue is resolved as needing to use the restroom is essential to some who have full bladders.
Desired outcome: Fix your restrooms. Neither gender restrooms are functioning.

BioLife Plasma Services - Payment
I come to the center on fm 1960 in Houston tx. I was supposed to receive $100, I only received $20. They've been giving me the run around for 2 hours and they're not busy. They said my $100 expired, but last time I came I was promised $100. The assistant manager wouldn't come up front until I walked to the back to get her myself, she already prejudiced her decision, can you give me a call at [protected]
Desired outcome: I just want my money
