I purchased a phone 1/2/2023; and tried to return it 1/8, but the store was closed. I went to another store and they said they couldn't accept the return because they were not in the same franchise.
I went to the original store where I purchased the phone this morning 1/9 and the manager and Partner/owner said they couldn't return it because it was the 8th day.
The cricket customer service [protected] told me to go back to the store and have the store manager call retail services. Which did nothing. The store manager and partner said they would not return the device. Cricket customer service said they can make the owner accept the return.
I wasted 3 hours and did not receive a refund.
Desired outcome: I would like to store to accept the return per Cricket their policy. This store has its own return policy they do not follow the Corporate Cricket policies.
