I left a complaint about a manager at store #972 for Sunday morning at 10:53. Larger black man that started cussing us out and kicked us out of store because I told him they needed to get their [censored] together. I am sure anyone in my shoes who they just made late for church and still never got food after waiting for 25 minutes would of said the same thing. The upsetting part was the cashier who took our original order when I started checking on it lied and said they were waiting on the bacon to cook and our order had NO bacon on it. I didnt realize that until I sat back down. Your manager needs training on how to handle upset customers if they are going to have these issues. I left negative feedback immediately on google and I am leaving it on every other site I can find. If you go back and read all the negative feedback they have you would be highly upset. I cant believe you dont have that whole place retrained on how to handle customers. They just don't care. They are there for a paycheck and thats it. Sad. I would like someone to let me know what happened to this manager. If I need to go directly to main corporate I will. Its costing you folks money.
Desired outcome: I want to know what is done about it.....
