Last week my doctor prescribed me a medication to get filled at my local cvs. I did not receive any notification on whether it was filled or not, and the website and pharmacy call-in said it was still "in process" which I had never heard of it taking that long before. I went to the pharmacy to ask about my prescription in which the pharmacist told me it was out of stock and they would have to wait for the warehouse to send it in, but it would be available in two days and they would call me once it's filled. I waited for two days, no call. The next day I called in and was given the same run-around. It's not in stock and they'll have to order it, but it won't be available until the next day. Seeing as I have waited so long and crazily need a medication I had prescribed I asked them to transfer my prescription to the nearest pharmacy that had it in stock. I was reassured they would. They haven't. I have no idea when they will decide to actually fill my prescription, but it makes me angry knowing they do not care enough to do their job which is giving medication to people who need it and has been prescribed it. I tried to reach out to their customer relations, but it's impossible. I'm guessing because cvs really does not care to hear any complaints and applaud that they never receive any. Take your pharmacy needs to literally any other pharmacy because cvs does not care about your needs or your health
