Geek Squad - Bosch dishwasher

My wife purchased a Bosch Dishwasher almost 6 weeks ago. It was supposed to initially been delivered less than a week after purchase. The Geek Squad was unable to deliver due to personnel staffing issues, Unfortunately, they did NOT contact us to reschedule. They sent an email, with NO OTHER CONTACT stating the delivery and install would happen 2 weeks AFTER originally scheduled.

When the dishwasher was delivered, the two people delivering the device were NOT capable or qualified to INSTALL IT! This resulted in MULTIPLE calls to the useless customer service department to get an appointment to have their ONLY contracted plumber come and do the install. Again, we were pushed off 2 additional weeks.

Finally, the day comes around for when the plumber was supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 10:30 AM. 11:30 comes about with NO contact, no communication. My wife calls the useless customer service and gets told that they are trying to get a hold of the contractor, but are unable to do so and they will call her back within 20 minutes to update. An additional 2 hours pass with NO communication. My wife again calls and asks for an update. Getting another run-around and finally someone says they are unable to contact ANYONE responsible for the appointment. She is still willing to wait, but wants a discount due to the aggravation and time lost (which she took off from work). They offered a pittance of discount, and still NO defined time of when they would be able to have someone qualified to come out and install the dishwasher.

In the end, we opted to return the dishwasher for a FULL refund. They tried, once more, to schedule for THEIR convenience. SO now we have a brand new, unusable dishwasher sitting in it's original packing in the garage that won't be returned till another 2 weeks.

The Customer Service is, at best helpless, at worst incompetent. If they are going to offer a service, then BestBuy and the GeekSquad should be professional AND competent to ensure the service is completed AS PROMISED! This os one of the WORST customer service issues we have ever had. We will NEVER purchase a large appliance from Best Buy EVER again. They are pathetic.

Desired outcome: Unless they can GRANTEE complete and correct installation by May 16, 2023, the dishwasher and associated hoses, plugs and such WILL be returned for a FULL refund!
