Scam website: www.new-ids.is/

Do not order anything from this website they are scammers! they will scam you and take your money and not respond or send your items. I submitted a scam report complaint for this website, but that is not enough to stop these scammers from taking money from people. when you try to open a ticket request this message will pop-up and stay up forever, why? they dont have ticket request support (the message has always and will always say this:
"we are experiencing some technical difficulties. please try to submit a ticket at a later time. we apologize for any inconvenience caused."
