www.waynedaltonparts.com review: My parts were on back order and the company hasn't warned me

I have purchased the parts for my car from www.waynedaltonparts.com. I got the email from the seller, who told me that they have in stock such parts and the delivery would take 4-7 days. I waited 5 days and got no news from the seller. I called to the seller, but the lady receptionist said that the order hasn’t been shipped, because it was on the back order. I asked why they haven’t warned me about it, because I didn’t have time to wait. But she told me that she knew nothing and hung up on me.
