I have just returned a coat to yourselves that was bought as a Christmas present however on arrival the coat was ripped and the quality of the item was disgusting. I could never give this to anyone. I conta red yourselves immediately and it took a week to receive the returns paperwork. It is now on its way to you at a further cost of £24.16 Which I believe should be refunded as well as the full amount for the item.

Hello my name is Frida, I placed an order the 24th of September in Yesstyle. Order LM658896463CN. When I search for the tracking code in my country's mail service ( Canada Post) it has not been updated since October 9th. Today is Wednesday 25th and it should be at least in Canada. (The package therefore has not passed customs yet and it is very close/passed the delivery estimated date) What is the problem with my order? When is my order going to arrive?

I have never experienced this. It's terrible. From the very start, I should have known there would be issues with them.
First of all, shipping takes forever, the delivery takes even longer. I waited for my order for 3 months. Judging by the reviews, it's not that long.
Can you imagine, how ridiculous it is?
Second, the quality of the clothes is terrible. I can't even describe how bad it was. And it looks nothing like the photos.
Yes, you may ask: girl, what did you expect when you were ordering from another Chinese website?
Well, I was hoping I would get something decent. I was wrong.

Needless to say, it was my first order from them and I was extremely disappointed with the situation.
I got my order 6 weeks after I placed the order. And the items had nothing to do with the photos on the site. They looked completely different and had a terrible quality. I know that my story is very similar. It happens to almost everyone. And it's horrible how the websites that sell cheap Chinese clothes use us and out trust against us getting money for nothing.

I regret I ordered from them. Because after I ordered nothing was arrived. I tried to contact them, but all of my attempts were unlucky. I mean yes, I reached them several times, but their answers are copied and pasted and have nothing to do with my issue. Of course, they already have my money and they don't care where my order is and what will happen to it, whether it will arrive or not. Who cares?

I was ready to wait for my items that were out of stock, they warned me about it and I had nothing against it. It took them about a month. But the saddest part of this story is that my long-awaited order was received by someone else in Germany! How is this possible? I am sure that my address on the website is right, I recently checked everything. How could you confuse countries - USA and Germany? It's not like Austria and Australia. They don't act like they're gonna do something with this matter, even though it's completely their fault.

I ordered some items from Yesstyle since April this year which I have not received. I called my local mail delivery service and I been told that they send my item back to the sender because they could not delivery to my address and I made a complain with Yesstyle and requested a refund once did not sorted the problem of sending my items. Up today I haven't hear from them, I kept in contacting them but with no results.

I've summits the coupon which is not deducted on my credit card charges
I have received a refund money on my previous purchase as (out of stock) as a coupon worth USD 35. but when I did my 2nd the purchase is not been fully deducted with the amount and been charged on my credit card. Please do contact me for further information. I've tried to call your customer service number seems like no one picks up and it's like automatically cut off.

We ordered shoes for my wife on 6/21/2017 (order 9689244). They did arrive but were too small. Moreover, they do not have a larger size as apparently they are for Asian feet. The customer service number on Complaints Board does not work but I found another [protected]). However, on repeated attempts all I ever got was an automated message saying to go to their website, where you can fill out a form to return an item. You have only 14 days from their shipment date. You cannot return an item unless you have a Return Authorization Number from them. Since they do not respond to the website form, I cannot get a return authorization, and certainly not within the 14 days. I will never buy from this company again and recommend the same policy for others.

One month ago I returned an item to YesStyle. I returned it due to bad condition and was promised a refund.
YesStyle support rep said that it will take no longer than a week to process my refund, but that was never done. I'm still waiting for my money and it s now over a month!
I can't reach anyone from YesStyle and it seem to me that all this is just a scam.

I found out that this is a scamming website after placing my second order. The first time I placed my order I had no issues and did not know much about this online store.
Once I purchased my first order, I became a bronze member, meaning that for the year, I get at least 3% off each of the items I order. Therefore, if the item I want to purchase is 20% off, I would get an additional 3% off that item. This is not the case., which I learned from my second purchased. You will probably only get maybe 1 or 2% off. I only got an additional 2% off on top of the 20%.
Also, when you are at check out page, it will give you a total for your items. But, once you reach the summarize page (the review page where you submit your purchase)the total cost on this page is different than the one stated at the check out.
It is a good thing that I paid for my items using Paypal because I can open a dispute case against them to get the difference of my money back.
what about the videos that have people reviewing the items they bought from YesStyle on youtube? Are the people maybe getting paid to make YesStyle look more like a real website by reveiwing items from they're website?
poor service
I made my order and purchased some items from Yesstyle website. I had no idea this was a Chinese company, otherwise I would never bought from them! Several days after I placed my order I received a message stating that delivery date was changed. In total they changed the estimated delivery date three times and after that they simply cancelled my order. I received my money back but they never explained what was the reason and what actually happened. I suggest not to buy from them, there is no support and their service is very poor.

This was my first experience with YesStyle and they gave me nothing but headache. I made an order and did not get it. It took me over two months to prove them I was telling the truth. Later their rep said that they found out that my order wasn't delivered and said that they will send me another package. I was really happy until they said that I need to pay for shipping if I want to get my items. Because of their mistake I did not receive my order and because of that I had to waste extra money just to get my package! These people are the worst ever!

This is my second time ordering from YesStyle. First time there was nothing wrong and I received my order on a timely manner.
My second order is nowhere to be found. They gave me a tracking number which isn't working so I can't track my order.
When I placed my order I even asked them if the items I wanted to buy were in stock.

I purchased some cute looking items from this website. When I received my order I was very disappointed with the quality, it was very poor. Two items were damaged! There were some holes and yellow stains on my clothes. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and asked for a refund. Once the pictures were sent, their rep said I need to ship back all the items for a refund. Several days later I received a message from them saying they could offer only a store credit! I explained that it would be a waste of time and money, because I don't need a store credit, but they never responded to any of my emails. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I waited several days but received no confirmation email, so I went online and contacted customer service to see what was going on with my order. Then I found out that my order was cancelled for no reason. I sent them several messages demanding a refund, but they never replied. These thieves took my money, then they cancelled my order and now they are ignoring me! I am so angry because I was really excited about these clothes and I wasted my money! I found really attractive advertisement at yesstyle.com. I purchased several items from this seller. I bought a dress, which looked the same as at the picture. But it was made from very thin material, so everything can be seen through it. I satisfied only with beauty products, which arrived at time and haven’t been damaged or expired. The customer services are good, but the quality of clothes isn’t high. So next time I will order only beauty products.

I have been looking at this site for about a year really wanting to buy so many things from it! Finally I saved up money to buy what I thought was THE cutest wallet which cost me quite a bit for a wallet. The wallet came in 2 days later than expected. I was excited to open it up and was shocked to find that the wallet was not the best quality for its price and the picture. A week later the bow on the wallet (which was it's main asset) came off without any reason. I'd barely used it so I called customer service to see if I could do about it and they said since it's been "used" they couldn't do anything about it :( I really wanted to buy more products but after this there's no way.
I noticed that YesStyle is also selling stuff from other stores with the original price being REALLY LOW (I've seen lots of online shops in my country selling the exact same thing for a much more cheaper price)
