Installed a tankless heating system in my house, pipes are leaking and when I call in to complaint that I have a water leak, they are telling me I need to pay for a service call, because when it was installed, it wasn't leaking,
They are by far the worst customer service I have experienced the receptionist was only reading off her protocols although when I asked for a manager she transferred me but the manager/supervisor was so arrogant and rude, I explained to him that the union couple was loose and I can visually see that teflon sealant was only applied to one side of the joint, but yet again he asked for me to pay a service fee.
Lesson learned big company could care less about their customers.
