I have been getting calls all day and every day from this provider. I block the number and the re-establish a new number in my city. I have googled the location and it seems the caller is the same with all numbers -down the street from where I live. It is no one we know and after we block their number again, they get new numbers in our area and calli and harrass all over. I cant keep blocking the numbers because I am limited on how many I can block on my phone. Please stop these people from harrassing others. it seems they get pleasure and power after we block them by getting new numbers and repeating their harrassing calls to our home phone. It is a landline with GPS saying location is down the street.
Below is partial list of spam numbers . they call several times a day up to at least 10. Most are a recording offering health ins. If you hit option 1 to speak to rep -- they are from "National Health ins", I think hitting option 2 to remove from call list actually forwards your number to other reps- due to my list is growing and I can get up to over 30 calls in a day. If you receive a call with no one on line - then next call may be recorded. I have been letting them go to voice mail hoping FCC will shut them down. It doesn't seem to matter if you are on a National do not call list ( I have been for since early 2000's). I called and escalated call to National Health ins company (which is location in regions calling ) and spoke to a "vp"' who stated they are not calling. But since they are representing that company. Maybe everyone should call and bombard them. I am also turning this over to local news station due to no one can stop these calls -- I have been blocking # as they come in -- phone company also gave be a # xxxx# to dial to block - hasn't worked. I think these are things state rep /gov need to work on to shut down before people go postal-- these calls non-stop are driving me crazy. I have shut down credit report, unsubscribed from any email accts, I advised phone company I will be shutting down all accts if we cannot get any resolve. It appears from above comments getting a new number does not help. If you chat up one of these folks on the line--- it would be help if we knew who has sold our information to these people.,
Calls come from : New Jersey, California, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Iowa, Kentucky etc .
Attention all hackers -- please feel free to use these numbers to send and endless loop they can't get out of -- maybe we all can get some peace.

My sister received calls from them for as long as 2 months sometimes daily. The phone # is [protected] and appears as Julian in Nipomo California,
he said is from the IRS and collecting the money my sister owed them. My sister did not have any IRS debt, then she told them that and they get very mad and threatening her with the police and some times there are calls impersonating the police. The IRS have a warning about this scam callers, if you been called by them you must report the call and the number to the IRS: #[protected], the IRS will investigate the calls and maybe with our help by reporting this unwanted calls they will stop them.
I received a call from them, which I fortunately was not home to answer. I regularly check phone numbers calling me that I'm not familiar with. Thanks to everyone who has reported on this number. I think there should be SOME kind of accountability for these spamming calls - the senders of course but maybe also the phone companies and the laws that are not specific enough to locate and nail these scammers. Why can't telephone providers develop jobs linked to police as well as them, i.e., including VOIP, focused on uncovering and eliminating these time-wasting, harmful calls. We're losing jobs in a lot of areas; why not create and hire for jobs that deal with this common problem? Any suggestions on how we consumers could make this happen?

There is a 419 Nigerian Scammer who took a large sum of money from my family and his telephone number is [protected] which is a landline number from this 01 Comuncations, Inc. When you google this number it gives an address in Vacaville, CA but this guy is definately a Nigerian but using a US landline. Can this be possible and how do you get this stopped. Oh, by the way, his online name is NATHAN FIRER!
How did they get the money from you? I'm guessing that since this problem is so widespread, they must be getting money somehow, otherwise why would they waste their time? If people knew what tactics they use to steal, extort or cheat money out of those who have been through it, it might help save more people from getting taken advantage of. Thank you for reporting, I'm wondering if the only way to stop these ******* is to just shut down the companies that provide the services. Manually take them out if the legal way isn't working. I wonder if it's as easy as knocking out their communications towers?! People can go to all the companies like this one & Bandwidth.com & such, just knocking down all their towers!lol I can just see the movie now, it would be a comedy about disgruntled citizens banding together to destroy all the VoIP spammer companies because the law wouldn't protect them! It could be a mockumentary style film, any producers out there interested? Make a movie & stop the spam callers all at the same time! We can film with iPhones!
Long message left on the answering machine. Hard to understand any of it except the part where he expresses intent to cause trouble for us.
I get many calls per day that don't leave messages, in fact hang up at various times during the recorded 'leave a message' (so it seems 'human'). Sometimes they call 3 (+) times in a row right after another. The number is [protected] (San Diego) and claims it's 01 Communications, Inc. Very annoying and Unprofessional - I wouldn't buy anything from them anyway.
[protected] this number keeps calling me and every time I look it up it cums up with 01 communication landline . I'm very mad about this especially when I'm doing important things then phone goes off.

They call and don't say anything. They call and hang up after one ring. I think I remember they originally called trying to sell some service and I hung up on them, then the calls started coming. I did have a bill collector chasing me for $45 dollars a while back and I wonder if the two are related?
Looking at the few comments it looks as though this company has been doing this for years.
This company is used by marketing (and other phone-spamming) companies to mask their identity. This gives the "spamming companies" the advantage of evading consumer protection and other laws. This company will not disclose who they have leased their numbers too.. They suggest that you report spam calls to your local police department or get a subpoena for them to release "confidential information." This company needs to be sued and shut down!
