1 Cochran Subaru of Butler County review: Customer service

I would like to say how disappointed I am with the 1 cochran subaru of butler county on november 15 2021 with my appointment time of 9:30 I went to subaru to get my car inspected with emissions & tires mounted with 2 recalls. Unfortunately my car didn't pass inspection because my head lights were flickering on the high beams from the led headlights I installed witch I was as fine with after paying for my service and fine with it not passing inspection I left to find my vehicle registration and insurance car was missing from my paper work. Upon my return within 10 minutes of leaving no one could find my insurance card and registration card and was told it probably got thrown out I would like to ask if this is how your service team treats peoples documents I would hope my name address vin number insurance number make model of my car with plate number along with my other information doesn't fall into the wrong hands if it didn't get thrown out I would like to say I was able to drive to my insurance company for the second insurance card in a week and I did print a double registration card but it not leaving my site for my inspection in a couple days nineveh trust anyone.
