After 1 month none of my problems is solved, and she said that 1 month is never enough, i must commit for at least 4 months (how 97% guarantee stretched to 4 months?)
I said if you give me guarantee i will commit, and she just smiled stupidly.
i m currently a customer of 101 hair care, signed up instantly after the first consultancy, for RM2, 800++ for 23 session, this is my almost 20 session, but there is't much result review, worse i hated the most is tat the therapies & consultant always ask me to buy additional products whenever i go for my treatment, claiming to be necessaries to help hair strengthening & hair growth. My question is why do i have to pay extra for other stuff to help my hair growth when i have already paid RM2, 800? why dont they told me i will need to add in additional when i signed up in the first place? & ever since i turn them down with all this questions, they are not paying much attention to me, this is so not fair, cos i pay as a customer too. Now my session is ending, r they going to blame me becos i didnt buy their additional products?
just went to the recent trial and swear I will never step foot into 101 hair care. Therapist kept pushing me to buy, I kindly rejected. She was persistent and later claimed that the manger had agreed to give me a lower price which I rejected again. SHE NEVER STOPPED PUSHING even until I was about to leave. About 101 Hair care, I have relatives that go there and at first there are not much results so they ask the therapist why, it is because we need to follow the diet also. Not only go there for treatment, but we need to eat vegetables and fruits. If we didnt dicipline ourselves and still eat spicy and oily food, of course u wont see the results. After that my uncle start to take the advise and follow the therapist suggestions. Then he start to see the result. Its really much better. So guys, take this as a tip, we also have to take care of our own diet. Not only always go for treatment and using their products are not good enuff.

My bad dream started when i signed up the course... Keep annoying me to buy additional products and if not, will always service me very bad... I never ever want to go back again.. Dr Khoo Clinic @ Puchong has better service than this and proven result.

I think you all underestimate the nature of these companies. They are all scam artists through and through, and should be avoided. I got sucked in to a similar company called Miracle Hair Something, and they are cut from the same mold. I also recently went for a RM19 trial with 101 haircare, and they are very similar. They don't put anything they offer in writing (so you can't sue them later). The pricing varies depending on what they think you are good for, and each visit is seen as just another opportunity to extract more money from their innocent victims. More importantly, there is no evidence that their treatments have any effect, which probably suits them, as it keeps you coming back. Then they can say silly things, like that it is your own fault for not eating enough vegetables, or that you need to rub more. They provide no information on any of the various products that they sell for exorbitant prices, and they all smell the same. My guess is that non of the products do anything. If you have a hair problem, better to google it and find what you need and treat yourself. I am currently treating my hair mites with Tee Trea oil. It is too soon to confirm the result, but there are lots of do-it-yourself treatments out there if you go looking. So go to them for diagnosis, but don't buy the package treatments.

I have spent about 10K after the first consultancy for treatment n products at 101 hair care.. but the result is dissatisfaction, So call VIP customer for 33 session this is my 25 session .The result is from bad to worst . Compare photo taken before treatment and after 25 session.

I am here to let everyone know my experience with Svenson & 101 Hair care. I started a few years back when I started to think to treat my thinning hair problem and wanders around and end up sticking to Svenson for 1 yr because the initial pricing proposed by 101 is RM8k and it shocked me and I chose RM2.5K for Svenson. For these two yrs, it wasted me about RM10K with the bad services/advice and worsen hairline. I stopped for a while and went up to 101 and signed up the RM8K+. I then stick there since 2012 until now... 3 yrs... and wasted me about RM30K here. I faded up at last deciding not to continue with these treatment anymore. My condition is going from bad to worse after the treatment. Well, the 1st yr looks like it is getting better but it looks like it is only "looks like" because of the angle of the photo capture. They keep continue to persuade for maintenance but the result is going bad. 1st, the therapist is not experience enough. 2nd, the consultant only scan the hair condition when she wanted us to sign up. This is worst experience ever! (SIGH..). I sincerely advice whoever out there who is as desperate as me of threating hair thinning problem... DON'T be silly. They never help. :(

I'm very unsatisfactory on your company staff attitude towards a customer even never provide a GOOD customer service.
Besides, it's happen miselling information to consumer whereby I believe that a very basic rule that's every company should provide . It's already is an unethical way to cross selling.
Hope that management will look serious on this matter and kindly provide a training to your staff for a Good Customer Service to consumer.

I went to 101 hair care Bandar Utama branch wanting to get one of their combs I am using, took the receptionist awhile to find my old file but it has been many years since i've gone to do their treatment. I then shared with the girl that THERE WAS NO RESULTS after numerous treatment...her answer was "OH THIS TREATMENT DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE". They could have told me that earlier so I would not have spent thousands of dollars there.
