On 11-15-2022 we made a call to 2/10 for someone to come and look at our heating system, Blackwood Heating and Cooling came out and looked at the heating unit. The vendor came and cleaned the unit but informed us that the unit was old and needed to be replaced. Two weeks later we called 2/10 for follow up and 2/10 told us they had no ppwk from the vendor with a diagnosis. The vendor came back out and again told us the heating unit was shot and needed to be replaced. We have called 2/10 at least once to twice a week for follow up. 2/10 reps keep telling us they have escalated the matter and are taking care of it. It is now January and my family, and I have suffered though -4 weather with no heat. We are cold and want this matter resolved. If Blackwood does not want to follow or send in the ppwk needed another vendor needs to sent out.
