took money out my check accout.but never put the 2oo dollorin my check accout. took 19.95 out . no phonenumber to call just a voicemail. not talk to a real person.the i got just take to voicemail..

I was taken for a ride by 200cash.com too! Upon viewing my checking account balance, I noticed 44.00 was taken from this company as an "application" fee! First of all, I NEVER applied. As a matter of fact, I requested that they stop sending me E-mail! I suspect that with all the complaints, the people who are STEALING from struggling, hard-working citizens will be prosecuted soon...trust me on this one; I work for a maximum security prison for the state of Indiana. I know what to do to get these people shut down.

To all those out there who stolen from, HANG IN THERE! You will get your money back...

they took 44.00 out of my account had to shut account down because there is no way to get ahold of them . Also never got a loan.

there are a lot of people they have done that to, your not the first and wont be the last it is a scam that keeps going.

company that say its a "payday loan" co. but charges fee to apply then will not tell you if you "were accepted". supposedly they were to send an email regards to "acceptance" BEWARE OF SCAM

I would to say that 200cash.com took out a bank withdrawal from my bank which they said to me about a fee of $19.00 dollars which they said that $260.00 dollars would be wired to my account the next day.I check my account today they took out $44.00 dollars from my account on 6/21/2010. So can i get a check from them or put the money back to my account

This company when into my account two times and took $19.00 fee nd never give me a loan or send something letting me know if my loan was approve. I feel all the payday loan people are fraud. They just want to have your information and they all go into your accout and try and get money from your account. I had a couple of them that whent into my account write check like you give them authority and take the money you have to pay your bill . I feel that these company needs to be reported by the better business bureau. I am trying to get mey money back into my account.

200 cash.com is nothing but a fee gathering company to my knowledge no one has ever gotten a loan from them. They advertise a one time application fee but will suddenly debit your account for an additional app fee. Needs to be shut down as soon as possible

they took 19.99 dollars out of my account, for a loan that i thought i was going to get, but have, nt herad anything from them, and they still took the money out of my account, this is a fruad

they did that to me and then this web thing about a vacation it said to check and get info so i did and guess what they overdrew my account for it and i never got anyting for it either! i need that money back in my account from both don't know what or how to proced

I was charged $19.00 to my account which ultimately put my account at -$69.38 which i seriously cant afford. My husband is over seas fighting the war in Afghanistan and we cant afford for our bank account to be overdrawn. I never authorized them to take funds from my account i would like a full refund immediately.

inhave the same complaint as up above i was told that i was aproved for 200 and i was charged $19 plus i didnt have that in my account so i was charged an overdraft fee of 30

i applied for a payday loan and was drected to 200cash.com and was told i was quallified for $200 AND TO FINISH THE APLACATION and i didnt get no 200 but my account was charged $19 and i didnt have that in nmy account and was charged 30 over draft fee

I filled out the application on line and never heard from then again. It has been a week and it was suspose to be 1hr. But I bet I hear from them when they want my 19 dollars.

I went on 200cash.com to get a loan and they said there was a $19.00 application fee and then never got anymore emails from them about the loan. Never recieved my loan. I would like to get my money back from them. This website needs to be shutdown. I am livid mad and want something done about these theives!

To stop it you have to close the account and open a new one. People have been trying to slap them with a lawsuit for years, but they are like a ghost company. If you don't change your account info, they can keep billing you, and sharing your info with other companies that will bill you as well.

these people scamed me for 44.00 and my bank is disputing the charges they also said something about they'll take you to court if you say they scamed your account .they dont have a valid phone number or nothing.clearly a scam. but iam going all the way with my lawsuit they will be exposed and everybody gonna get their money back .

This website promises you a cash advance with a one time 19.00 application fee. They then deny you the advance but take the fee anyway. This is a rip off and a scam...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I applied for a loan with 200cash.com and they charged me a fee for 19.00 dollars. The money wasn't in the account and my bank charged me a overdraft fee with was a total of 50.00 dollars. I then noticed that on my next payday they attemted to take 44.00 dollars out of my account which made my account negative once again. They need to be stopped, and with no way of contacting them how will that be possible.

I was almost taken by these scam artists .They did get their FIRST $19.00 from me . But when I saw the wage garnishment papers and where they said I had to be available during regular business hours at work for them to call and my employer HAD to agree to garnish my wages for $780.00, THAT was my red light . I persued it no further. I have closed that account out and started deleting ALL emails I get from payday and regular loan (or CLAIM to be loan) companies.

I, too, was low on money and went to their web site as well. I went all the way to the part where you fill out the "check" for repayment, filled that out, submitted it, and waited because it also said " if you want the $200.00 "immediately" deposited .I waited for a response, went on to bed, checked my emails before I went to church, and got responses at 1:45 a.m.. I checked them and that is when I saw the wage garnishment papers and that I had to be available at regular business hours for them to call and my employer had to sign the garnishment papers for $780.00 to be payed . These things can be set up by anybody and can be made as real as a scammer wants them to be. I got one in the mail from a place in West Virginia . I called the business on the check and it did exist and they told me that someone had gotten that account number and that they had gotten the police involved. There is no way to stop it unless everyones computer can be constantly monitered and nobodyu is going to allow that.

Same here they charge my saving account to for 19.00 and I did not know until I receive a letter from my Bank today 11/17/2010. And they charge my account last Friday on 11/12/2010. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone 200cash.com is ripping people off so if anyone apply for cash with them please do not and I did not sign any papers to receive the cash or to seal the contract with these people.

This $19.00 fee has been taken out many times without a cash advance or refund. PLEASE REVIEW AND REFUND!

these people are a ripoff scam. they took money 4 times of $44 out of my account which each time caused me to be overdrawn and 4 overdraft charges of $36 for a total of $320. you can't get a phone call to them . they take from the poor .

200 cash.com approved me for a $700.00 that i did not receive but they took 20.00 from my bank acc.when application was free i would say all these pay loans companies are scams somebody needs to put a stop to them.

these people are rip off frauds taking peoples money with no return. i throught i was getting a 200.00 paydayday loan, they charged my account 19.00 fee and over drawed my account but cant talk to anyone at the number all recordings no human contact. i cant afford this as am on social security so state of delaware needs to take action against this fraud. never recieved any loan from them just disgusting.
