Every payment they said last fee then added more, 14/2/25 charged £1020 chairmans refund fee? and said funds would be transferred to my digital wallet, when I checked my wallet they had paid £78.12, which I asked them about, they then asked me for another £1020 which I refused to pay, I then asked to speak to a manager, which they first refused, it took over a hour for a manager to come on line, who basically was no better if not worse than the support, that's if indeed he was a manager
18/2/25 they got back in touch offering me a fee of £700 as way of apology, after enduring 2 days of being lied to and basically conned by this company they were told where to stick their £700, why the hell should I have to pay after being lied to for 2 days, told funds were being transferred, and then being told no more fees, the last thing anyone needs is a company support who are bare faced liers, who should never be employed dealing with clients finances
