My son ordered footware to the value of £30.00 which is normally sold for about £75.00 elsewhere from these people. Immediately after placing his order and paying via Paypal he could not get back onto their website and was unable to contact the company on the given 0845 number.
Having waited for over week without recieving goods he raised a complaint with Paypal and esculated it at midday the following day. Only took Paypal 4hours to investigate and make a full refund. Speaks volumes about this company!
Same address in Chelmsford was being used previously by wearoffyoursandals.com and the contact details are the same so no doubt they have just set up another bogus website to rip of the unsuspecting.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Yeh, that's scam. The most interesting thing i couldn't find any complaint before i placed an order. After this i got them.. Hope European Government could solve this problem:

I ordered shoes (200 euros) more than one month ago on 24shopdirect.
never received anything. I wrote 3 emails, whithout any answer. I'm going to launch a procedure to go to court.
