On aug.27th, '09 I ordered flowers for delivery to my sick mother in the phil. Online with 2flowers.com... They took my money immediately from my credit card but never delivered the flowers! A certain s. Rodriguez contacted me and he/she said they will investigate (I guess just to string me along). After weeks of asking for my money back he/she said they will refund my money... But as you can tell they never did and of course they stopped returning replies to my emails! They decided to steal my money!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Money was refunded, issuer bank (of the credit card) give the full refund after 10 business days. The order couldn't be delivered because the recipient details were wrong.

The same thing happened to me as well. This S rodriguez ignored me and hasnt returned my phone calls. The last thing he said was he will investigate. This was a delivery for mothers day. He never responded since then and I am trying to get my money back now. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY THERE ARE SO MANY WITH BETTER SERVICE. I will be submitting an official complaint.
This company is totally useless and I suspect corrupt. They never delivered the flowers I ordered and then said they would look into it and did nothing. I still don't have my money back and they no longer return calls. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
This is a good company I dont understand why so many claims... there is a guy called nicolas that help me to send 5 orders in europe, service was fast and well done during christmas. His email is n.rodriguez@2flowers.com
I sent flowers in Europe and n.rodriguez@2flowers.com was very help full with my customized request. The flowers were gorgeous and exceeded my expectations for the price paid. The payment was secure and easy to make. Do not hesitate to use them you won't regret it.
I had the same thing happen to me! I ordered flowers for my parents in the Cayman Islands- I'll admit I was initially a little doubtful of their claims to be able to deliver there (no one delivers there) but the site claimed they were capable, and the order went through, and I even got a confirmation email saying everything "went fine". The delivery day comes, and NO FLOWERS. I immediately send an email demanding a refund, and I get a similar response as mentioned in the previous review- "we'll investigate... blah blah blah". 2 days pass. No refund. No new email. I send another email asking them to tell me what's going on... no response. The next day I send another email asking what's taking so long... no response. I get a bit worried since they have my cc info, and call my bank to dispute the charge. Luckily my bank was able to refund me (no thanks to 2flowers.com). I suspect this is a scam, or maybe just a very poorly run company. I would even go as far to say that the couple positive reviews on here are written by n.rodriguez, or maybe the dullard that I was in correspondence with, "s.rodriguez". I bet they are the same person.
Don't do business with these con artists.
I live and work in South Korea.
I used 2flowers and had no problem, to send flowers to Vladivostok, Russia.
I will use them again come February.
Provide a solid phone number to where the flowers are going, because the delivery company will call, to make sure somebody is home.
My experience was positive.

I am really shocked by what happened to me as well! I ordered a 105$ bouquet for a sick friend in geneva, she did receive a 'pityful' bouquet compose of 2 flowers! I immediately complain and send a picture (i am tryingto upload it but no success on this site) and they answered that they will investigate and propose a 20% reimbursement that I did not accept niether received. I consider that i have been completely cheated and stolen by this company. without mentioning the fact that the bouquet was adressed to someone who has cancer and she touhgt that it was a bad joke ! Inadmissible! I am not asking for the last time the customer service to adress my issues and reimburse me FULLY! CARD id: [protected]/ Vendor product: [protected]/ invoice: [protected]!
Hello.-
I used 2flowers.com to send flowers to my girlfriend who lives abroad. I order the flowers on Friday and they were correctly delivered on Saturday, it was delivered by a local florist.-
Variety & Choice: its was ok, there were few roses options.
Quality: Fresh flowers, nice boquet.
Special Offers & Promotions: I couldnt find a coupon
Delivery Cost / Efficiency: The service fee/delivery cost its included on the price, all other international flower delivery sites add these fees at the end of the purchase.
Ease of Use / Navigation: Simple like Google
Customer Support: I didnt have chance to contact them.
Overall Star Rating: Its a really good company, I used another companies for sending flowers to my girl abroand, but this is the first on that deliver her fresh flowers on time.
5 Stars for 2Flowers.com !
For the negative reviewers, please also review sites when you get a good service from companies, because people usually only post bad reviews and not good ones.
Flower2.com Is the best
Five Star😍😍😍
Thank You for your commitment and dedication
You guys are the best ! Great communication
You are my flower store for ever🌹🌹🌹🌹
I sent flowers with chocolates to my family abroad, and they done a great job. Next day florist delivered.- I will place a new order for christmas..!
I have order the flowers from 2flowers.com on 29 Dec 2012, the flowers need to send to NEW YORK for my friend birthday on 31 Dec 2012.But My friend did not receive it.I have email to the 2flowers.com to check, but no one to reply my email.I thing the staff of 2flowers.com stole my money from my credit card.
I sent flowers from the US to my girlfriend in Vietnam and she loved them! I will definitely be using this company again. I really enjoyed the fact that they had a nice flat rate price. Thank you guys! Awesome service! Delivered on Valentines day for no extra charge!
Any positive reviews you see on this are bogus. Think about it, no one goes out of their way to write a good review for an online florist, especially this one. I ordered from 2flowers two days before valentines and the flowers never showed. i then got an email suggesting I had ordered too late even though there was no indication of this before I submitted my order. I still haunt been refunded and my girlfriend never got her flowers.
Botton Line: Do not use 2flowers, or any of their affiliates, unless you like begin robbed of your money.
I ordered flowers on Valentines day expecting them to be delivered the next day. After they failed to arrive I emailed them expecting the purchase would be resolved. I have since emailed 3 more times and still waiting for a response. At this stage im not expecting a reply as they seem somewhat fraudulent but the best I can do is warn people to avoid this company at costs. Clearly they dont care about customer service or delivery on agreements but they are fabulous at taking peoples money
I requested flowers be sent to my Girlfriend on Feb 14 for valentines day through 2flowers. They didn't show up. I emailed them and got a response from Sebastian Rodriguez, supposedly a staff member of this company (s.rodriguez@2flowers.com). They said there was a communication error with the company and they could try to deliver them again. I told them to deliver them as soon as possible. Two days later no flowers. Finally I told them to credit me back. I have read about how people never got their money back. I immediately called my credit card company. They said they would credit me back and go after 2flowers for the refund. Luckily I have a really good bank.
I would never ever deal with this company. I believe they are a scam. I even question if the good reviews on here are legit. My advice, find a different company to deal with. If possible see if you can contact the floral shop directly and stay away from on line companies.

I doubt the validity of your company. Even if it was a real company you have a lot to learn about good business.
Why would they use the same phone number and address for millions of websites? Why not use the actual address of your company?
If you are world wide, provide me with addresses of your actual flower shops and the countries they are in.
Certificates can be made and there is no way of verifying there authenticity. You emailing me will prove nothing.
I do not believe you are a legitimate business. I think you need to be investigated. Go to any website and you will see people do not have positive posts on complaint sites.
If this is a government website, this is the worst site I have ever seen.
www.companieshouse.gi
I checked out the government websites in Gibraltar. They have gov. in there suffixes. You are feeding us a line.

Until I hear directly from FTD I don't believe you are a legit business. If they confirm you are legit then I will mention it on here that you are. However, if you just have the people with the same names mentioned above post on here that proves nothing. It just proves you can post anything on here and pretend to be anyone.
I checked your address out in Miami and it belonged to two businesses. Flowersfly, which had a complaint sent to the better business bureau in 2007, and currently Miami Box. From what I read, it is a delivery company. There is no mention of The Flower Business being located there.
I also like how you used the name Jay Ramirez to write up the positive feed back post on March 17, 2012. I then see the same name on the top your current posts in response to my posts. So who are you Jay Ramirez or Nicholas Rodriguez?
I haven't heard yet. You would think if you were an authorized dealer I would have heard back by now..
Also how come you are avoid my question about your user name of Jay Ramirez. Supposedly your name is Nicholas Rodriquez. I am confused because jay Ramirez was an alleged happy customer who gave positive feed back on this website.
As to your answer on the mailing address why would server all companies use the same mailing address?
Avoid should have said avoiding
Here is the thing Nicholas.
Am I an unhappy customer? Yes I definitely am.
Even more so I am unhappy about being scammed and I am very certain that is the case.
I am tired of hearing about people who use their hard earned money to buy items or services and get ripped off by criminals.
Right now I am highly suspicious of your company being a fake. If my suspicions are correct, I will do everything in my power to make sure people know about your scam and make it very hard for you to rip people off. If I can I will also do my best to have someone investigate you. I am unaware as of right now if there is anyone who can do that. I have been to the FBI site and they have a way to report fraudulent websites. What they do with the info? I am not certain.
All of the "proof" that you have given cannot be verified, except for the letter from FTD. I have given them my phone number and they can call me. When they verify this info I will back off. Until then I will keep looking into you and try to find out as much about your business as I can.
If at best you are a legit company, your business practices are less than desirable The fact you would put in a false review on this website with the name Jay Ramirez shows you have integrity issues as a business man. The fact there are several people on this website that are complaining they never got their money back shows there is a huge problem with your company. If you are a legit company, there is no excuse for this. If I was FTD I would be considering dropping you from my list of approved dealers.
However, the question still remains, are you a scam or a real company? So far in my opinion you are a scam.
Dear Mr. Sherman, I work for FTD as the International business consultant. My relationship with Mr, Rodriguez has more than 10 years and I can actually confirm that this is a ligitimate business, well established and highly responsible when processing their orders and attending their customers complains. I am sorry you had a bad experience with them and I am certain that whatever they offered to you will be honored. If there is anything I can do to support you and Mr, Rodriguez so this matter can be resolved in the best terms, please dont hesitate on contacting me directly.

Dear Mr. SSherman, though by this time you should have your money back, I understand that the purpose of your purchase was to send a present on time and we didn’t accomplish. Unfortunately things like this happen occasionally as there are several processes and people involved. Mr. Nicolas and his business have offered you an apology and we, who are participating in the process are willing to discuss with you and prove that you have a flawed perspective and opinion of 2flowers. I actually work for FTD, regardless of your doubts. I don’t know who you contacted in our company but probably was someone who is not related to the international department or the member services department which is the one we belong to. The company is structured two main divisions which support our affiliated florists such as 2flowers and direct customers who buy from our consumer channels. You have my number and I am willing to receive your call anytime, scheduling that will assure that I am available for sure. Or you can always contact our main office at 1.630.669.1000 and request to speak to the member services department or the international department. I am sure that whomever take that call will confirm that 2flowers is part of our network. Regards. Raul Picazo.
1st 2 transaction were good though the customer service named Sebastian is not courteous. I used them again for the 3rd time and they never delivered the flowers on the delivery date I indicated in my order. The reason? they said because I indicated a different date in the card that goes with the flowers. This Sebastian replied to me all in CAPITAL LETTERS when I asked the deliver the flowers the following day after they failed to deliver the flowers on date. What a worse experience with this company. The devil really has different faces and names. Lesson learned, and a expensive one. To 2flowers.com and Sebastian, your time of punishment will come.
I have used the flower company on many occasions and always got a good service delivery on time and good quality I have only once ever experienced bad service but I'm sure this was from a third party out with 2flowers.com I'm sure it is a legitimate business and my complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently I was given a refund and discount for my next order saving me a total of 75% This is what we need from a company that offers good service and when they can't deliver that service we are compensated for our loss . I don't have anything bad to say about this company I just hope and pray they will live up to my expectations in the future . I intend to keep using them as I have done for the past 2 years or more and have had flowers delivered on more than a dozen occasions to the same place always on time and always quality except for this once keep up the good work and my business will always be yours Tom Hearty satisfied customer
