365 United Towing review: No service provided but will not refund money

Called 365 United Towing on January 15, 2023 after vehicle was stuck in a deep mud puddle while I was 250 miles away from home. Made me pay in advance (329.00) and said they would be there in 30 minutes to an hour. Never showed up. When I called back, they said the local company contracted could not come until 24 hrs later. I then called AAA to tow my vehicle out of the ditch, since I was blocking traffic. 365 United Towing refuses to refund all of my money saying that they already paid the local company to tow my vehicle. I paid for them to tow my vehicle that evening, not 24 hrs later. To me this is a scam preying on people in trouble. Phone #s I've used to contact the company are [protected] and [protected]. They refuse to add my name to their manifest and will not send me an invoice.
