Our company was requited to conduct a marketing campaign for 401K Protection Agency is Florida. Between training and the actual calling we spend a total of 5 weeks. Now the same people that recruited us have gone into hiding and are not paying the bills. Please beware of agents that claim to work directly with the 401k Agency like Amir Raza (Pakistan) and Bobby D. (USA)

Our company Global International did sign an agreement with a Representative of 401K back in September 2009. The script that was sent to us was from the representative of 401K. We conducted 3 weeks of training with the representative. Only after we set the appointments (two weeks thereafter) did the representative informed us that the script changes and therefor we would not get paid.
It is now January and even one phone call or e-mail telling us what and when we will get paid.
You still call this rubbish?
Get your facts straight whoever you are. If you are the con-man that coned us, you can keep your money and stick it where there is no sunshine.

Just got a call from a company claiming to be offering 401K protection plan. Asked for a number to call him back and was told [protected]. Started chatting with the guy on the phone and he said he was calling from South America. Guyana! I asked him if area code 305 is for Guyana, and he said yes... Wow. Tried calling the phone number in Florida, and get a fast busy. Obviously, I didn't give this person any info about our 401K. Sounds like a scam to me.
Absolutely Rubbish Global International signed on appointment confirmations payments term and all of appointments they arranged were cancelled due to their agents lied to clients no body is hiding from them nor not paying them once their appointments are sat they will get paid we dont hold any body money
These people keep calling and I have no idea why. They call two times in a row. Never dealt with them never will. So sorry leave me alone I will not fall for your scam

Spoke with Bobby Darigo the owner, giving him the benefit of the doubt and trying to work things out. If it's a recommendation you're looking for I'm not comfortable giving one at this point.

Regarding Global Direct Communications, The 401(k) Protection Agency and 401 (k) Protection Services. All opperate or have opperated under Bobby Darego and or Lisa Del Mar. Bobby commited to me 2 months ago that he would replace appointments and told me they were in the process of being sent to me. That was the last communication I had with Bobby no appointments were made and no explaination was ever given to me. Since they have not fulfilled their contractual obligations to me I am seeking a full refund for non delivery of services. Its likely I will not hear from them let alone receive any type of refund.
