4WP's review: Jeep wrangler upper doors

This was my first time using 4WP as I have a 2000 TJ and was looking for upper door skins and frames. I found them on the internet and they had a Great price on the driver/passenger doors, $65.00 apiece, so I ordered them. The first one that came in was the drivers side and it fit and looked really good. The second one came in a few weeks later and I put it off to the side for later. When I got around to placing it, it didn't fit?! I couldn't get through to 4WP on the phone so I called one of their stores in Charelston, SC and the manager told me that they had sent me one for a CJ not a TJ? He gave me Aaron Sandovals email and said he was a good guy in customer service and would get it corrected for me.

He tells me they were on backorder and would send when they became available and could not give me a date? About a week later I am on the internet and 4WP is showing them as availabel to order and but? I take a picture and send to him and he says they have a problem removing them when they are on backorder? I found them at Quadratec for $129 ea. +tax which is $70 more. I asked if I ordered it would they reimburse me $70? Morgan, the supervisor, said no but he would give me a 90 day gift card. I said why would I take that when you messed up the first order and I understand this happens ALL the time, from the manager in Charelston? So I ordered the door from Quadratec and got it in 4 days. It seems 4WPs doesn't keep stock, but relies on Manufacture to ship directy. Not GOOD to keep people waiting!
