534 RENT review: Property Management

I am a home owner living out of state. We used 534 rent for our home. They are very rude to the owner when you want info on your property.
The office staff is not helpful at all, they act like you are disturbing them and can't be bothered to get back to you. They rip you off on costs to fix things the tenants need fixing. This company also charges the owner for broken items the tenants have broken. When tenants break items in tge home they fix it and charge the owner double cost for fixing it instead of chargering the tenant. We were charged $67.99 for weed killer on owr lawn and did not ask them to do this. There rate for maintence is outragouse they charge anywhere from 45 to 90 an hour. There repair people break items and don't fix it, if they do they charge the home owner. They cracked our counter and never fixed it after they said they would. Don't use this company at all if you own a property.
