Ordered two machines from AAA spa depot. The first machine to arrive was the Ultrasonic machine. I complained that the machine was unstable as it shocked the client (galvanic, not ultrasonic) I used the machine once. I sent the machine back and canceled the 2 nd machine, a microdermabrasion machine. NAthan promised he would refund my cc charge. He did not. When I finally got a hold of him, he stated the US machine came back broken, said I had to pay for it and that he would have to charge me a 20% restocking fee for the micro that was never sent. He scammed me out of the Ultrasonic, which if broken as he stated, should have been a shipping claim, not a charge against me, and a restocking fee on a machine that never left his possession.

He is a thief!

I completely agree that Nathan Revivo and his wife Desiree are the biggest scam artists in the spa industry! My situation was similar as I had purchased a microdermabrasion machine that stopped working within one hour after purchasing it. Nathan refused to give me my money back so I eventually took him to court and won a civil suit against him. HE HAS NEVER PAID THE CIVIL SUIT! Mr. Revivo and his wife are the most dishonest people I have ever known! Do not, I repeat, do not ever do business with them or you will be sorry. These people belong in prison!

Just a word of warning. They have a new name and web address. I guess the scams they pulled under the AAA Spa Depot name led them to replant. Same ### owners, new name. Someone should tell them that a new name doesn't equate to a new reputation...or a new level of integrity.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SPREAD THE WORD.

New name is Spa Equipment Unlimited. Names are the same... Nathan Revivo, Rena Revivo, Mark Revivo and Desiree Adl or Desiree Revivo.

Web address is http://www.spaequipmentunlimited.com and it's only posted to help you avoid them. It is NOT an endorsement or a recommendation. SPREAD THE WORD!

It looks as though they filed for bankruptcy earlier this year, cleared their debts, and reopened the exact same business under a new name...thereby skirting both their responsibilities and their creditors.

Isn't there a law against this? Or at least a remedy for prior debtors? Is it really this easy to just pull up your stakes, avoid creditors, and get out of paying thousands in clearly owed money? It's horrible that companies can get away with this while those they hurt watch them set up a new shop with a clean slate. Not sure how they sleep at night.

ALERT! Searching their names recently to see what else they were up to and Nathan Revivo and Desiree Adl (aka Revivo) who uses her maiden name to try and avoid scrutiny have started a new business.

They are the owners of Famous Cupcakes (www.famouscupcakes.com) and from the looks of it, they took the scammed dollars and just opened up in a new line of work. Perhaps you can pursue them there if you were indeed scammed, especially since they are supposed to be bankrupt.

Famous Cupcakes is as far away from spa services as you can get but perhaps that's the idea. I'm sure they will scam people there too. From what I can read, they charge $3 for a cupcake, lol, but at least people see it coming.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! WE WERE SCAMMED AND UNFORTUNATELY, PEOPLE OFTEN FIND THESE POSTS TOO LATE.

Nathan Revivo, Desiree Adl, Desiree Revivo, Famous Cupcakes, whatever they want to call themselves...scammers to the core.
