Please be informed that Dr Munir Ahmad known as Dr MAC is a cheater and fraud doing cheating on name of His Highness. He is using their names and telling everyone he is having investors but he is big fraud and cheater. Please take action against him as soon as possible. Before he did a lot of frauds on Aspire company name and now he opened new company and doing same. He is having his cheques bounced back from many people. Please help me and people like me who paid him more than 100,000 usd as service fee to find investors for us please help and take action against him

Please provide evidence with proofs and documents in which way he has cheated and has done fraud with you as there is only statement mentioned here. There is no proofs or evidence you have posted.
If you have any personal issue with him please report to police or file case in court.

He (Munir Ahmad) also a big defaulter in banking history of pakistan.
He also declaired defaulter by state bank of pakistan.
Many banks filed Recovery suite against him which has been decreed in favor of banks.
that's why he is not coming in pakistan.

I agree with you and he didn't pay me any salary too I was his employee who was working on websites, presentations, meeting, business development as I trusted him that he will pay me once he will get money but unfortunately instead of paying me he cancelled my visa and didn't pay me a penny. After that I called him he said you know the situation I don't have any money etc. Later because of him I got travel ban he is really a worst person I ever met in my life.

I can totally understand your situation. That your salary has not been paid. But there is a legal way to work inside the UAE in office. If you knew the situation that your visa is on visit and your employ visa was not issued yet. You still have been working. If there is an written agreement signed between you and Dr. Munir who hired you. Then you can state that your salary has not been paid and visa not issued.
Your contract letter has not been mentioned or posted anywhere here in this portal.
It is between you and Him ( Dr. Munir) in what terms and conditions you agreed in and not the company.

It is against Dr. Munir. If you have faced a fraudulent case from him regarding money and investment agreement you have dealt with him please report to police and file a court case . I wanted to alert you all in one thing , This company Abdul Hakim AlMaktoum Company is being run by CEO Dr. Munir Ahmed Chaudhary, under his partner ship named as Aspire . He is indeed using Sheikhs name ,but this Sheikh name does not exist anywhere in the list of family name.
He does try to convince and show that he can make you meet sheikh , while there is no sheikh at all.
he is ruining the name of Almaktoum. He brings investors using the name of Sheikh and later does scams and do frauds with them .He has borrowed money from many investors but knows how to scam them in millions and later tries to scare , threaten and black mails them when they ask for their money back.
All the cases have been reported to police and court of UAE.
He has a big party/ mafia behind him who are eating all the money.
He has also stolen 400 ,000 USD from one party regarding dealing of gold. He asked that party to pay him in cash that mount in office using sheikhs name but later later ran away scamming them.
Further he has been two times in Jail and have been released by his corrupted members to help him out.
For employs he fools them that they work in office and he will get them work permit and Visa , but later states next week , next week. It goes over month but does not pays them and state he does not have money.
