Acai Berry free trial

this company advertised a free trial you pay p and p so you give your card details for this purpose only then they take unauthorised amounts from your bank in my case £75 plus £1.50 this has put me over my overdraft limit at my bank and I have incurred charges as a result of this it also left me and my children with no food or elec for a week. The only wellbeing they are looking after is their own.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE TRADES UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES MAINLY SLIMMING PRODUCTS ACAI BERRY ACAI DETOX ETC

Acai Berry This company should be fined

I have also fallen in this trap. I am from Brazil and when I heard about it I thought it was good for my health but it has gotten me sick, literaly. Not only I have had problems with my blood pressure after using it, but also I am in a ### load of trouble with my debt due to the unauthorized charges that this company has been doing. I have been charged over 700 dollars and my credit card said that they can not despute the charges. I can not get a hold of the company, there are no email addresses, no physical address nor a phone where I can reach them. I have tried calling the phone in Poland but have not had any success with it.
I believe that we should try to make a massive group of complainers and move a international law suit or something like this. Otherwise, this company is going to continue harming people. They are professional scammers ! Something must be done to stop them...
What surprises me the most, is that to buy the free trial, they had the internet page written in Portuguese, my native language, however their terms and conditions are only in english. How can a person in Brazil, how doesn't speak english be able to buy and not be able to read the conditions and then have this deal consider an agreement?
Please if anyone know something about this, please please please... help me !

Acai Berry Life Cleanse and Acai Berry returned to Trading Planet Ltd and no Refund

I ordered both Life Cleanse and Acai Berry detox as free samples from Trading Planet Ltd (the small print about cancelling was so faint and small that you would need a magnifying glass to see it) These samples arrived - I did not get a chance to use them as I am so busy dealing with my husband who had a massive stroke last November. To my horror a while later I looked ta my Visa and found that four amounts of $133.79 each had been deducted I immediatly phoned Visa and said that I had no idea what these withdrawals were for - 2 were listed as Singapore and numbers and the last two were Life Cleanse and Acai Berry Detox still nothing rang a bell and then the very same day I received a parcel in the mail with a bottle of Life Cleanse pills and so I phoned Visa and said that I now knew what the withdrawals were. Then I phoned Trading Planet and explained that I did not want this product and where could I return it to - I was told not to return it and that I would get an e-mail telling me what I could do. The e-mail came and was of no use whatsover. So I phoned another number and explained that I did not want this product and wanted a refund when I had returned it. This time the woman hung up on me which I thought was very rude. A few days later another bottle of pills arrived and Canada Post wanted Duty to be paid so I refused the parcel - this happened once again and again I refused the parcel. I had also send back the original bottle of pills which had arrived after the free samples. I wrote a letter explaining that I had a very ill husband and I was a lady of 80 years and could certainly not afford and did not want these products - we both live on very small pensions. The second lot of pills have gone back to Trading Planet Ltd but I have not had any refund. The so called free samples I will have to pay for and call it a very expensive lesson to learn but I would like the second two amounts to be credited back to my Visa. It was extra expensive as the original price was in £ and then it was converted to US dollars and then to Canadian dollars.
I am so disgusted with this whole mess and hope that something can be done. Trading Planet Ltd did not even have the courtesy to answer my letter

Bonjour,
Je me nommes Audrey Gaudreault.

It was unclear to me that when you did not react within 15 days that not only the order would be prolonged (alas), but also the free trail for appr 4 pounds (ie only shipment) would become a full order for about 80 pounds.
It also turned out that while offering for a 15 day trial, they ship you a bottle with a 30 days' full amount. They refer to the terms and conditions, but I found nothing of the sort that explained any of this. I made a phonecall to the callcenter (+[protected]) to ask about for an explanation, but eventually the phone call was cut short by them. I guess they did not like my questioning? The lesson to be learned? DO NOT ORDER!

I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites like www. Vitality-clean.com with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol), and fake cosmetics products (dazzle white, face factor, etc.) . They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle. This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.
Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services

Acai Berry Credit Card Charged without permission

I require your help with an item I ordered on-line: There was an advert for AcaiBerry Detox & Life Cleanser which you could receive free of charge the price to pay was just for postage, the amount for postage was taken from my account on the 16th October 2009. Also, on receiving my credit card statement today I see that there are 2 more amounts deducted from my card, both for £76.30 from HelpYourHealth. I have looked on the internet to try to trace this company but can not find any details, can you help pls?

I also got in touch with the credit card company today. They said they will put a stop on them taking any more funds out of my account from this date, however, there is nothing they can do to refund it. They gave me the UK number of the company so I called them and basically got nowhere. They refused point blank to refund. They would not let me talk to a manager and they were quite condescending. I am them to justify the extortionate cost of 28 capsules, basically they just ignored my question. I told them that I could not have cancelled the agreement on the site becuase the site does not exist, at which they said it does and quoted me the web address acaiexclusive.com. I have gone into this web address and nowhere does it allow me to do anything other than read about the products. Just prior to them cutting the call I told them in no uncertain terms that they were con artists. Hasn't got me anywhere but made me feel a bit better. Looks like I'm just going to have to live with this mistake - I wont make another one like this again thats for sure.

I also am in the same situation - these would have to be the most expensive tablets ever! I have sent a formal letter advising that they are to remove my credit card details and to not send any further products. I received a further bottle and another charge of $133 Australian dollars! Today - I am organising for no further charges to be taken from my credit card. Is there somewhere where we can formally complain? Also, I am unsure where you found this company advertising - mine was on FaceBook. Has anyone attempted to contact Face Book?

Acai Berry Charges after account closed

I ordered the ACAI "free trail" and paid the shipping charges on my credit card.
(Don't ever let them get your card number).

The product arrived 9 days after the order. The product was impure, as ACAI must be consumed alone with NO additives. There exist MANY additives in this material. It must also have USDA certification, which this material does not have. The product contains sand (silicon oxide).
I returned the "free trail" the next day following receipt.

I telephoned the company to cancel my account. I was assured that NO further charges would be made, and NO further product would be sent to me.

I found that another charge was made the following day. No product has been received.

I note from internet postings that these people sell product that is not pure, and not USDA certified. Also that this firm continues to debit credit card numbers that they have gleaned from their "free trial" scam.

To have these charges reversed is an onerous task. My advice is to NOT ever sign up for ANY "free trial" for anything, if your credit card number is required.

Acai Berry Scam!

I have just received the second bottle of Acai Berry Detox pills, at a charge inc. postage of £82.95p EACH, when I only
agreed to a single trial bottle of this product at the cost of £1!

Horrendous then to report that £195.90p has therefore been stolen from my account, and I would like financial restitution immediately, and an assurance that my credit card details have been eliminated from the records of this company.

There is no email nor website address on the 'Invoice/Receipt', and I'm not sure what I could be letting myself in for in terms of cost if I go for a long distance call.

Help!

Acai Berry SCAMMING THIEVES

If anyone would like help to get their money back on the dodgy 'Trading Planet Ltd company as listed above, please feel free to try:-

Email: [protected]@viv3.com or call [protected] (these are not directly associated with the company, just a call centre doing their dirt work, so please be nice, it may just help you)?!

I know it has worked for some, but sadly not all, but you've lost nothing without trying.

Whatever you do, do not even attempt to waste your phonebill on [protected] or [protected], they are not remotely interested or helpful and when the line of questioning gets too close for comfort (no phone rage required), they simply put the phone down! This goes to show that even the 'family' of staff are well briefed on what they are doing - RogueTraders and Watchdog seem like good places to start.
Good luck people, I wish you well.

Acai Berry Fraudulent Business Practices

I ordered a sample Acai Berry Tropic product by phone, but canceled entire order before I hung phone up. Yes they had my account info. This company fraudulently debited my account first the "sample price + Inter. Trans. Fee" and after email and phone cancellation again, they took $88.64 + $2.66 International Transfer Fee 14 days later. I never received the sample product, still havent 2 months later. I had to change bank accounts so now they send threatening email "Collection Notices" demanding good account info.

BEWARE...THIS COMPANY GETS YOUR ACCOUNT INFO AND WITHDRAWS FUNDS WRONGLY, DOESN'T SEND OUT ALL THE PRODUCT, MAKES COMMUNICATION FOR CANCELLATION IMPOSSIBLE, AND IS GETTING AWAY WITH IT IN MANY COUNTRIES: USA, UK, CANADA, ?

Acai Berry charged on my debt $88.00 twice

I paid for shipping and handling for two products which were a 30 days free trial. Two weeks pass and my bank account was overdrawn by $74 dollars, which was a Saturaday. By monday my bank account was over drawn by $265.04. Part of it was what I spent on my debt card, which I thought I had money to cover. With all overdraft fees and the $88 dollars charged twice I owe big bucks that I do not have to cover my debt. When I called the company the lady demanded what I want done with the account. I said what account? I was not aware thast I had an account of any kind with this company. All I did was pay for shipping and handling for two free products. Once I asked the lady to give me my options she cancelled my order. Once I did that I thought I was doing something to help the situation. I then went back online and found out that if cancelled my order I gave up any chance I had for a refund or help at all. Its a big scam for money besides the fact that the pills were not even what I expected from an acai berry grown in the rain forest in Brazil. What can I do now? Iam a single mom with 6 kids. Work 50 hours a week to support them. All I wanted to do is lose some weight. Now Iam in debt.

Acai Berry Scam, gross misrepresentation of charges

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Avoid this company!
Advertises a free trial with small shipping charge. Then, within 15 days they start charging your account $80 and make it very difficult and expensive to cancel.
They've recently changed the wording on the disclaimers, probably to avoid being sued. But it's still a gross a scam and they grossly misrepresent their charges.
Dealing with them has been a nightmare!
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I requested the "FREE TRIAL PACK" of Acai Berry and Detox capsules, providing my credit card details to cover the postage costs. It is supposed to be a secure business, it shows all the "legitimate" logos and information the Site, but it has now been taking lump sum payments from my credit card account! When I call there is no answer on the phone! What are Britain's Police doing about this?!?! There are other reports about this company, I'm just discovering them! PS: THE PRODUCTS DON'T WORK, I WAS VOMITTING WHEN I TOOK THEM! IS THAT WHAT IS MEANT BY "DETOX" AND "LOSE WEIGHT QUICKLY"!?!?!?

Acai Berry Scam, Fraud, Bad Faith

On 9/29/09 I responded on line to a 14 day free trial period to try Acia Berry Tropic Dietary Supplement, I had to pay $4.95 shipping that was to be charged to my card to try the product risk free for 14 days, a few days pass and a solicitor called me from some company that mentined my free trial of Acia Berry Tropic and was trying to give me a $50 gas voucher, I cut them short and declined their offer and said I wanted to cancel my 14 day free trial of Acia Berry Tropic. 25 days passes and I receive a bottle of Acia Berry Tropic on 10/24/09, decided to try any ways since it showed up, 3 days after (10/27/09) receving the product I received a e-mail saying my credit card refused the transaction for $88.64 and that they had been trying to contact me with out sucess, I never received any notice by mail or phone from Essential Health Brands of Wilmington, DE, they stated that if I did not respond in 5 days that I would be turned in to a 3rd party collection agency and that my credit score and rating would be affected. After several attemts to contact them I finally got through and talked to a representive after I blocked my phone number, she said I was obligated to pay because the trial period started the day I placed the order not the day I received the product and that I needed to read the terms and conditions...I had been Scamed, I checked my credit card statement and have been charged $4.95 for shipping the day after the order, $88.64+fnfee of $1.77 =$90.41 twice 14 days apart, the first charge was 10/15/09 the second was 10/29/09, and now have a charge from build wealth on the 10/20/09 for $30.00 that I have no idea what it is! from the time I placed the order to today it has been 36 days and I have charges totaling $215.77 on my Visa Credit Card... Beware! This Company has Scam and Fraud Written all over it...Please Beware this is Fraud! Contacting Better Business Bureau, State Attorny General Office in Delaware and Washington State, US post master for mail fraud, and Visa for Credit card fraud! And the media! http://www.essentialhealthbrands.com/index.html

Beware!

I have been going round and round with Healthbrands for about 5 months now. They charged by credit cards for a $.99 free trial and $88.64 for the Acai Berry juice but guess what - They never sent me anything ever. I never received any product from them. When I complained to my credit card company originally I said I didn't recognize these charges forgetting I had signed up for a "free trial offer". My credit card company investigated and when they came up with my sign up I was stuck. They said I needed to go back to Healthbrands and get a refund from them. I have made several phone calls, complained to the Better Business Bureau (who did nothing for me) and sent a certified mail letter to this company with proof they got they're money back from the credit card and still no credit from them. This company is definitely a fraud. Beware! Can't anything be done about them. I'm out nearly $90. and never even received any product. My next step is the Delaware State Attorney General's office. Anyone who has a complaint about these people please do the same. It's not even the money anymore, it's the principle!

I also took the free offer on line for AcaiBerry Tropic and I found out to late that it was not free, when I called I got a foreign speaking girl who told me that i had agreed to purchase one a month at $88.74 and if I sent it back they would not refund my money so I may as well keep it and use. I told her that I was canceling my further orders and if there was any more charges to my card I would be seeing a Lawyer, After futher discussion she finally agreed to cancel my supposely agreement, I will find out the first of the month, This is definatly a scam, so I think I should have my card #s changed, what a mess, I should know that nothing is free.Is there anything that can be done about these people?

Acai Berry Taking money without authority

I responded to a 'free trial offer' for Acai pills which should have cost me $2.95 for shipping, however, when I got to the end of the process having given my details, the charge suddenly jumped to $12.95. At the time, I complained whilst still on the site that this was a scam and requested a full refund there and then as I did not wish to continue with the offer. Needless to say, I received no reply or acknowledgement and 5 days later received my order. Some two weeks later, on checking my credit card statement, I found charges for a US company - Wellbhealth for $87.00. On ringing my bank, it was they who alerted me to the fraudulent transaction and they further advised that there were 2 more pending transactions for higher amounts. This has all been passed to the fraud department now and I am waiting to hear from them. I don't know where I stand with regard to paying these amounts, I can only hope the bank are able to do something.

All of us have been scammed, if you have signed up for a free trial like me then we're all on the same boat. If you hadn't read the terms & conditions which i also didn't do, it states that your automatically erolled into their membership program. This is where they get us all. They'll keep charging you monthly because we're automatic in their so called membership program. What i did i went to the live support chat and cancle straight away. I got a cancle reference number to keep as proof and my fingers are cross, hopefully this is the end of this. Banks im sure only look into this but im pretty sure they won't refund the money bank. i hope this will help others in the same boat.

I had a $1.95 charged to my account and then read this. I immediately told them I wanted to cancel my order & they could keep the $1.95. They then said it was too late and that I would have to return my pills once they got here and I could stop the $87 transaction. I immediately called my bank & cancelled my card and reordered another one. I plan on keeping the pills they give me now.

On the same day I registered for two free trials for acai berry.

1) I've definitely been scammed by one company that charges transactions by Helpyourhealth and the support line is +[protected]. I'm disputing the charges with my bank and will have to wait to see what happens.

2) The other company charges by 'vibrantbeauty' and they did the same thing, charged $12.95 for shipping instead of the $1.95. I looked at their terms and conditions and it says for international destinations they add around $10.
Then I got charged for the $87. I saved their website info and managed to speak to someone on livechat. To get to the live chat, go to https://www.acaislimdetoxnow.com/contactus.php
They said they removed me from the autoshipping and that I need to call customer service to get a refund on the $87. I'm not sure if that will happen or if they will really stop charging my credit card.

It seems one company is 'legit' in that it's a real company, but just immoral in their practice.
The other company is just downright dirty and fraudulent.

I hope that helps.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND! Make sure you make notes of who you have spoken to, and what date and time, and what was said. The contact email address is 'support2@globalcustomersupport.net '

On 13th December, I ordered the trial sample of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse at a cost of £0.95 each. When the samples arrived 5 days later, the shipment bill showed a cost of £3.95 each - OK, perhaps I made a mistake I thought. After Christmas I went on holiday, but on return I checked my bank statement to find that 2 lots of £73.82 had been taken from my bank account.

I spoke with my bank and explained the situation. They were sympathetic, but advised that as I had given my debit card details, there was nothing they could do to cancel the payments, as they could be assisting me in fraud. If I cancelled my debit card, then payments would automatically pass on to any new card. If I received written confirmation from the supplier that I had cancelled my order, and further payments were subsequently taken, then if I forwarded a hard copy of the email to them, they would refund payment and persue the matter.

So I rang the numbers which I found on the internet, [protected] and +[protected], and went through the automated cancel section, which was the only thing available as it was a weekend. The following day, I rang the 0203 number, and was given cancellation reference numbers. I also explained the overcharge for the initial 15 day sample, and asked for an email address so I could put forward my case. I was told that they only deal on the telephone, and that they could not give me an email address, but confirmed that both orders had now been cancelled. I requested email confirmation as suggested by my bank.

Some 2 and a half weeks later, I had not received the requested confirmation; neither had I received the 2nd consignment. So I called [protected] again. I spoke with another operative, and went through the scenario of the over charge again, plus the charge that had been levied at the beginning of January, but that I had still received no goods, and also no confirmation email that the order had been cancelled. I requested either goods or refund. I said that if I did not receive a satisfactory reply, I would take the matter further! I was told that they did not issue refunds, and I would just have to be patient to receive a confirmation of the cancellation.

Finally I received confirmation from 'support2@globalcustomersupport.net ' that my order had been cancelled. I then replied to their email, asking for a refund of the overcharged amounts for the free trial, and also stating that I had still not received the goods for which I had been charged on 2nd January, requesting that they either supply the goods or refund the amount taken. If no satisfactory reply was received, that I would take matters further.

4 days later, I received an email from them saying " we have reviewed your claim and issued the refund following your request". The refund has now been credited to my bank.

Like so many others on this website, I felt that I had been duped and robbed. They had taken funds from me, which I could ill afford, as my husband had recently been made redundant. So finally a refund has been issued, and I hope the story and advice above will help others who find themselves in a similar position.

They have now cancelled my card and have told me to go in to the police station and file a fraud report. I am out of pocket by $535 in a period of 1 month over Christmas. (I just moved & only just got internet on). I Have rung the Australian toll free number for this company with no luck yet, the # I rang was +61 [protected]

En riktig oseriös bedragare företag

The Telemarketing company operating these schemes in the USA through a large Call Center in Florida is Impulse Marketing LLC. This company is run by some guys with a long history of failed businesses. I found out some of the owners or operators of Impulse are Joseph A. Montalbano in Trinity FL, Jason Peterson from Utah now living there in Tampa FL, and Matthew Argall in Palm Harbor FL.
"Joey" Montalbano comes off as some kinda washed up mob guy, not sure if he is really connected to the Mob or just pretents to scare people from looking into him.
Maybe he is washing Mob money through his call center? those businesses are known for really shady money practices and off shore banking!

I about passed out, I got a credit on my account for the $29.95 for the "program" I was charged for. I did cancel my card and will get a new one in the mail soon. It was worth it not to be charged any more for future orders they would send. I did finally get a call through and cancelled any future orders, but didn't trust them not to send anymore. I was so relieved after cancelling my card. Don't give up, just keep calling, [protected], they will eventually answer.

On-line Scam. If you ordered both Total Cleanse and Acai Berry 500.
Chances are -- you will be charged by 4 companies monthly and total almost $200.00 per month. Two of the companies are difficult to cancel. Some are impossible. Here is some information to help you.
(at least all that I could find)

Total Cleanse does not have a working phone number.
This is the number they provide. But, you may have to cancel your credit card to make them stop charging you about $89 per month. [protected]
I can not find any other way to reach them.

Acai Berry 500 -- phone number to cancel. [protected]. Charge is about $70 to $80 per month.
If you signed up for this product - you will also be charged by these 2 companies. You need to cancel them too.
PriceLimbo -- no phone number. Look up their website. ID is your e-mail address. password is your zip. You will find you have an account here if you ordered Acai Berry 500.
They will charge $8.51 per month.
Fit-Factory -- you are also signed up for this if you ordered Acai Berry 500. Cost is $29.95 per month. Phone number is [protected]. Cancel and demand a refund. Chances are - they have already charged you.

Let me know if you find out any additional information -- to reach Total Cleanse. Thanks!

DO NOT ORDER ACAI BERRY 500 OR TOTAL CLEANSE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE LIKE CRAZY.

Details... when you order this product if you read the terms and agreement it says it will charge you 80 something dollars if you do not call within the alloted time period... but the problems lies when you call! The phone number is phony and doesn't work. It's a continuous busy signal or it will hang up on you automatically. They say you can message them but don't be fooled they are liars once again.

Please take my advice and stay away from both of these products!

I had to cancel my card! I hope this can be fixed for future people!

I have had the worst experience with this company. I sent my unopened, unauthorized bottle of Acai berry back right away; two months later I am still waiting for a refund. The number to call is [protected]. I only waited about 5 minutes to speak with someone. But ALL the supervisors are in a meeting. I got very tough with the CSR I spoke to and demanded she find ANY supervisor available on the floor. she put me on hold 10 minutes and then came back on the line telling me that she was going to give me a full refund and that it should take a few days. I'm going to wait ONE week. if I don't see a full refund I'm calling back.

If you can't get a hold of anyone to cancel your account, send back everything they send you with a letter of cancellation and GET A TRACKING NUMBER. If they charge your credit card again, call your credit company and give them your tracking number as proof, and dispute it. That was the advice I was given by MasterCard over the phone.

I wouldn't doubt that someone from their company writes comments to make it sound like they are handling issues fairly without misleading the public. I think that Oprah should take some responsibility for these misleading ads. Lose weight without any working out? What a joke. Sure you can lose some weight initially but if you never workout you will turn into a pile of skin and bone with very little muscle. We start losing muscle mass in our 30's.

I didn't order any of these products and refuse to listen to such bogus claims. I laugh everytime I see the advertisements. Are people that naive to think you can just lose weight without doing some sort of exercise for long term maintenance?

Why are they allowed to mass mail our email boxes and pop up boxes on every website?

Acai Berry Fraudulent Charges

This is a FRAUDULENT Company. I ordered the ACAI BERRY & COLON CLEANSE. I read all the fine print and I knew that my 14 day free trial began the day they actually shipped not from the day I received the product. I used the tracking number to check when it actually shipped and was in my city Post office to call them. I called on Oct. 14th to cancel and was told it needed to be return postmarked in 6 more days. With the RMA# which was the same as the order #. I was told it was canceled and would not be charged if I returned it postmarked before the 20th. They had not even shipped the Acai berry yet but was told it was shipping out that day and needed to be postmarked by the 26th. I received the colon cleanse on the 15th and I took out my 14 days worth for my free trial and went directly to the post office. I paid $1.80 to return it with delivery confirmation. I checked it made it back to them on the 20th which it only needed to be postmarked by. I did the same thing with the Acai berry, I received it the 21st, I took out my 14 day trial and went directly to the post office, they also received it the day it was supposed to be postmarked on the 26th of October. GUESS WHAT? MY VISA COMPANY called this morning to say that a known fraudulent company had placed two charges on my account. One was charged on the 20th, and the other on the 26th. those were supposed to be postmarked dates not actual received dates. Anyway my charge company said they were an overseas international company and are running a SCAM! When they saw the second charge a red flag went up and they called me to verify the charges. I told them the story and they are denying the charges, and any future charges by this company. So I suggest anyone who has ordered from this company to call their charge card company immediately and let them know when you have canceled the product, and to deny any further charges from the company. To be honest I haven't even tried the product I am too afraid too! If they are a fraudulent company, how do I know the product isn't fraudulent also?

I too have been scammed by this company. I ordered the Acai Berry XS "free trial" off of their website. It stated that I had 14 days to send back and not be charged. I immediatly went to the post office and returned the bottle unopened. I have receipts to prove I sent back. Within 10 days my credit card was charged $85.91 for the bottle I sent back. I called the company twice and was told that I was suppose to call the company upon sending product back to let them know.
