Acai Berry charging for product not recieved

I originally signed for a 'free trial', all I was required to pay was a delivery fee of $8.95. I was charged this and recieved the pills within the week. so far great! Unfortunately I have since been charged the following amounts and have not recieved a single product.
25 August Natureberry [protected] $146.79 twice for this transaction on the same date; 24 SeptemberCTT+442033938389Singapore $140.70 again twice on the same date for this one transaction; 9 october Youthhealth +[protected] $134.39 and on the same date smarthealth +[protected] $134.39. I have never heard of CTT, nor purchased anything from Singapore, nor have I ever eard of Youthhealth or Smart health. At this time I am assuming these companies are connected to Natureberry as the deductions are following the same pattern of being made in duplicate on the same date.
I no longer wish to deal with this company in any way as I have not recieved any product for these outrageous amounts that have been charged to my account. I will be informing my credit institution not to honour payments to any company listed here or requesting a multiple payment in the same day from this point on (in case they choose to operate under some other name not already used).
I hope you can deal with this issue and forward a full refund of these bogus payments to my account promptly as I do not wish to be forced to take this matter further.

Yours
Jenny Turner

Acai Berry Unauthorized charges on my visa

I ordered a trial of Acai Berry Detox for$3 with my visa credit card last month and today I received a second bottle that I did not order and two charges of $119, that I did not authorize, are reflected on my credit card statement. I am a victim of fraud and do not know how to proceed, please suggest the next steps for me to take in order to resolve this matter.

Sorry about your experience, these people are not inept, they are thieves who are quite good at what they do. As like many other scams on line, they make their money by obtaining your credit or bank information and enroll you in some impossible to escape from plan. Cancel your card immediately. You will likely not get your money back, as these companies usually operate outside of the US. You will not get anywhere with their customer service department. They don't get rich by being honest. Good luck, and cancel that card before they do any more damage. I fell for Colon Cleanse 3000. You are in good company.

PS - spread the word to all your email friends and tell them to spread it as well. I now refer everyone I know to this website. I have also lodged a complaint with the US Postal inspector as they blame the postal service for the delivery failure (the product coming within a day or even after the “free” trial period is over), as well as the State Attorney General’s Office in the state they shipped from.

Valerie,
if you read the terms and conditions it states(there are quite a few of these companies doing this so it may vary slightly) if you are not happy with the product, cancel within 15days to terminate the contract, otherwise they will continue to send you products every month and credit your card. I suggest you get onto your bank and arrange to stop any payments to them or cancel your card. And the tricky part is to get hold of the company and cancel any furthur orders. Good luck. Many have been caught out by this.

Acai Berry unauthorised debits

I also did the exact same thing, thinking I was paying only postage costs for free trial samples of ACAI BERRY and LIFE CLEANSE. I did NOT read anywhere on the advert that further payments would be debited from my acount.
I looked further into this with my bank as I noticed Transactions pending which I had no Knowledge of and with the help of a banking operator was given the names of 2 seperate companies who took my money.

The 1st one is called Health Time and I was given this phone number for them.. [protected] This company took a total of £157.14 in 2 seperate debits within days.

The 2nd one is called Health Focus and the number for them is...[protected].They also took a total of £157.14 in 2 seperate debits within the same time scale. So a total of £314.28 has been taken from my account.

I have yet to try and call the phone numbers given to me, if they work and if someone answers, but in the meantime I cancelled my bank card and received a new one and have been told by my bank that they cannot request anymore money from my account as its a new card number to the one they have for me.Fingers crossed and a HUGE lesson learnt it wont happen again as once these people request money from your bank account...You or the Bank are POWERLESS to prevent the money going!

IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED LIKE ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINING ON HERE, MYSELF INCLUDED, MY ADVICE IS GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR BANK/CREDIT CARD LENDER AND CANCEL YOUR CARD STRAIGHT AWAY AND APPLY FOR NEW ONE.ITS THE ONLY WAY FOR THESE CRIMINALS TO BE STOPPED FROM TAKING INNOCENT PEOPLES CASH, AS IT SEEMS TO ME NOT ALOT OF PEOPLE CAN GET A CONTACT NUMBER TO TRY AND CANCEL SO CALLED SUBSCRIPTIONS THEMSELVES.I HOPE THE RIGHT AUTHORITIES WILL ONE DAY BRING THESE NASTY GOLD DIGGERS TO JUSTICE!

I've had nearly $300 dollars charged from my account in days from HelpYourHealth. I think they just changed their name again, because it was from the 15 day free trial of AcaiBerry. The company is listed in UK, but number is listed in Poland +[protected]
I've disputed the first two claims. A third charge just came in within a day, so have to dispute that now. I'm cancelling my card asap. Hopefully I can get my money back. These guys are wicked.

I have had the same problem with getting a trial package and then my visa getting charged two times for 119.02 us each. One company was called Health Time ph# +[protected] and the other WellAppeal+[protected]. Neither phone numbers are valid. I believe this is all happening through Acai Berry, but no where did I read anything about these other companies? I will be talking to Visa tomorrow to start an investigation.

Go to killphishing.com/historical-scam.htm and this company is part of a ring of scam artists and it tells you all of the different routes you can take to file a complaint against this company and also make sure that you click on the link and submit your information in detail where they are putting together a class action lawsuit against this company, I was scammed by Broma cleanse and Wytea and cancelled my card and will be sending off my investigation tomorrow, you can contact your bank and have them investigate the charges and credit it back. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU OPEN UP A DISPUTE. Hopefully this will help, if you need anymore assistance let me know.

Acai Berry Credit Card charged - no way to cancel

I too have fallen victim to "Negative Option Transactions". I stupidly ordered this product, not reading the fine print. I received the product while I had company and did nothing with it. I was shocked to find a charge of $79.95 on my account. I immediately began calling every phone number I could find related to this product. The numbers were either not in service, or constantly busy. I called my bank and because it is a "Negative Option Transaction" I need to contact the company to cancel first. Thus the Catch 22. I then checked this site to find out this has been going on a long time. I have tried the [protected] number as suggested here, and have yet to get anything but a busy signal. If anyone has any ideas on how to contact them, I would appreciate your help. I also ordered with www.real-cleanse.com and have the same problem. They are obviously the same company.

Acai Berry Scam

I was reading the already submitted complaints on your website from various people that have been scammed by the mentioned company.

As I did not read of the company going under any different name then to the one I have seen on my banking statements, I've taken it upon myself to report them again as a matter of warning for other people.

The Scammers go by the names of Trading Planet and Skin Care Today. When looking at the Skin Care Today website out of curiousity, I noticed that there are only links, not much information on the company and what skin care products are they selling?

Regards,

I am an ex Local Billing Limited employee, the owners of www.acaiberryexclusive.com, www.acaiberry-lifecleanse.com, www.absoluteacaiberry.com and another sites with these fake diet products (colon cleanser, acai berry, resveratrol). They are operating using various companies: Viv3Labs for Europe, FMW Laboratories for US And, lately, to avoid the problems caused by the scam using Viv3Labs, they are using Trading Planet Ltd for Europe and Information Tech Systems LTd for US. Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle. This business model is, basically, A SCAM.
The owners of those sites are Deepak Argwal (http://www.ccap.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=106:deepak-agarwal&catid=76:hot-topic, who, apart from this business –contactcenter, legal-, is running more than 2.000 Porn Sites –see DeeCash.com-), Clay Douglass (http://www.linkedin.com/in/claydouglass) and Mitch Platt (http://www.linkedin.com/pub/mitch-platt/4/271/878).
It is easy to find them through the information that appears on the site registration of www.acaiberryexclusive.com.
Now, they discovered this hole on their ability to remain hidden and are registering the new sites using a Marketing company located in the US, Moniker OnLine Services

Also, they are using a company called Phytoscience, located in the same address than viv3, to make the handling and the postal distribution of the products. The manager of Phytoscience is called Chris Swanson and his email is chris@phytoscience.co.uk.

Acai Berry FRAUD

I ordered a free trial of this product called Premium Acai Berry. The company said that they would put charges on my credit card, and then refund the money, just to insure billing. I agreed to that. I received the product in the mail in April of 2009. It also came with a box of Chia Powder Supreme. I didn't realize that I had signed up for a monthly issue of it, until I saw a charge come through on my account one month later for $88. I contacted the company immediately, and told them to stop the payments, and to quit sending me the product.

Now, in all fairness, I didn't give the product time to work, so I cannot tell you if it works or not.

The problem is, five months later, (after not receiving the product) they are charging my credit card again. I tried to get on the website, but the phone number listed has been disconnected. I also tried to fill out their online form to contact them. The website has blocked that form. What I mean is that it will give you a javascript error, and will not send the information.

If anyone knows what I need to do, I would greatly appreciate the help! This is so frustrating! I called someone listed on another website, (BBB complaint department for another acai product) and she said that I would have to close my checking account. THAT IS NOT RIGHT!

I withdraw any authority for your company and also your associated companies to draw funds from my Westpac Account in Australia.

Acai Berry illegal fraud

a total fraud scam. i basically purchased from them what was a 30 day free trial where all i had to pay was $5.95 shipping for 2 products which i paid on credit card. i recieved an email the next day stating the order had been sent and would arrive in 8-10 days. 15 days later i still had not received product. then i receive an email telling me that my 15 day trial was over and since i hadn't responded by email to tell them i was sending back the product they were billing my credit card $160 for the product. first of all, they advertised a 30 day trial, not 15 days. that is illegal. 2nd, how can i send something back in 15 days when i did not receive the product within that time frame. when there is a time frame to return an item it starts from the time you actually recieve the product and not when it is ordered. 3rd, it never stated anywhere on the add i would have to pay $160, nor did i approve that amount for my credit card.
it is a total scam. they bill you but do not send the product and then they slap another $160 on your credit card. it is illegal and a fraud. do not buy.

Acai Berry frFaudulant advertising/overcharging

I ordered a 30 day sample of 2 products xtremeberry, acaiberry detox for $2.99 each from the above company. The salesperson never mentioned that this would be good for only a 19 day trial or they would charge me$79.95 for each product. I found these charges on my debit card when I was charged $32.00 for overdraft. So I was not only charged for a products I did not want $160.00 but my account was charged an overdraft fee. I called the company and they informed me that it was only a 19 day trial which the salesperson never informed me. He said it was for 30 days. The representative I called Cris A-257 told me that sometimes the salespeople get overeager and forget to mention it. When I informed her that I did not want the product and wanted the charges removed she again mentioned the 19 day trial period. THIS IS FRAUDULENT AND DECEIVING ADVERTISING. I then asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR AND SO FAR I HAVE WAITED 15 MINUTES ON MY OFFICE PHONE AND NO ONE HAS PICKED UP. THIS IS A SCAM AND I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. EB

Acai Berry scam

On 10th August ‘09 I placed an order for a SUPPOSED wonderdrug called Acai Berry with http://www.acaiberryexclusive.com. I will immediately confess that I did not read the small print thoroughly enough. I since have suffered FOUR deductions totalling roughly £330 (£82 each time) from my credit card! I had unwittingly signed up to a continual supply of this product! It was only today (2nd October 2009) on receiving a package in the post, did I realise my mistake! I opened the parcel to discover a tub of acai berry pils and a bill for £82 (which had already been deducted nearly a week ago – along with the other payments!). I felt sick and, to be honest, cried as I can ill afford this! I immediately phoned the company (which has different names on each invoice! With the first invoice I was apparently dealing with TRADING PLANET LTD, whilst the second invoice I was dealing with HEALTHSCIENCE. I told the call centre person that I was recording the call. I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to and explained my predicament. I immediately cancelled my order with the company and was given a cancellation number. I asked about a refund and was told to expect an email regarding my refund in the next 2-3 days. I then asked to speak to a manager and the call centre person said he could not help me. He then hung up. I rang back and the next person told me I would not get a refund and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I immediately phoned back and, by chance, got the same woman. She hung up again. I phoned again and the next person again hung up on me. Each time I remained relatively calm and stated that I merely wanted to speak to a manager! Each time I recorded the conversation. The last person I spoke to told me I could not speak to a manager and just directed me to the website (www.acaiberryexclusive.com). I have put the whole thing down to stupidity on my part but I wish to warn others! PLEASE avoid this website as it is a complete scam! I do not want others to suffer such a financial loss as I did. I am a mature student and, as with most mature students, am financially struggling; so this has put a severe dent in my budget. The other thing I wish to mention is the refund policy. It states that ‘You’ may receive a refund up to 30 days after Your order. But they craftily did not bill me for the first order until the 27th September and then billed me for the next order the following day (28th September). What I am trying to get at is that I believe they deliberately left the billing of the first order until the second order was due so that I would not reminded in time to cancel the order! I hope this makes sense?! Please warn others!

Also, to give you some hope, I have finally received all my money back from them. I constantly emailed them threatening legal proceedings. I also got in touch with Consumer Rights and various other legal groups concerning consumer rights [and I strongly suggest you do the same because the more people that complain about these scammers, the more likely they are to be put out of business]! I also suggest you contact your credit card company and ask them to investigate illegal withdrawals from this company...and they are illegal because they are using different company names to deduct money from your credit card! Seriously...this is ILLEGAL! My credit card company put a stop on my credit card and issued me with a new one. They then contacted the 'various companies' and queried these illegal withdrawals from my account. Then, as if by magic, I got a FULL REFUND!
Anyway, I hope all this information is of use to you. Good luck and be dogged in your approach...you WILL get the money back! I did!

Stay away from accaiberryexclusive and anyone like them. This is a scam. I was billed 97 cents for the trial pills which never arrived. Then billed $120 a few weeks later then billed again for $117 a few days after that (plus international transaction fees!) and nothing has ever been delivered. I have had to go to the bank to get some legal muscle and help to get the debits reversed.
The proprieters and people working for these scammers all know what they are doing is wrong. Hit them with every effort to get your money back. The sooner they are all in jail the better.

That Comment was probably put there by the Company themselves. That Number doesn't even work.

Fuse Blown,
What Number was it You used to call and make your cancellation? when I made my order I got no confirmation e-mail, No Package, No Invoice NOTHING, Just a charge for a $119 on my credit card. Can't believe people would really resort to this as a means to Make a buck.

Acai Berry Fraud

The company promised free trial products of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse provided you paid for the shipping cost, which I did. No strings attached, no future subscription. I got the free trial products and found they were not worth while so I did not order any more. I now find that the company is withdrawing huge amounts of money from my account, that I have not authorised. They cant even claim that this i some kind of subscription since no more products has been sent to me.

Acai Berry Credit Card Fraud

I feel so sick that I have had nearly $400.00 taken from my credit card, and all I wanted was to lose some weight. It was advertised as a free trial!

I immediately phoned my bank to cancel my card, and they have had so many complaints about this company.

It is not worth it, I would rather be nice and chubby than lose my hard earned money to these @#%%##.

I will not stop trying to get my money back and I hope some government department can put these people away.

I ordered Acaiberry & the cleanse product for a 14 day trial for a charge of $3.95 each. I received a totally different cleanse product than was shown on website and NEVER received the acaiberry product. When you try to call and cancel any further charges or check on your order this foreign sounding woman says that due to high call volume it may take a while for them to answer you. I have called several days in a row, from 1x a day to several times a day. You can never get thru to them. After 12 - 17 minutes on hold they automatically cut you off. Then they charge your credit card for an additional $89 and some odd dollars for something else I haven't received yet! What a rip-off. I am disputing charges on my card and hope and pray I get money back. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS A SCAM! FBI, GOVERNMENT OR SOMEONE PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

I found a discount offer at [protected] for the Acai Berry & Life Cleanse Products and I received the first shippment in good 60 pills each one. At 8-4-2009, Fourtheen day after I received a second shippment with the two bottles 60 pills each one and they charge my credit card with $237.26 but the charge came with another name on the credit card. Another fourtheen another two bottles. On [protected], another charge $237.26, but I not received products. I start to try to contact this company to stop the shippment and the charges but any of the telephone number work. On [protected] another charge for $238.04, but not products. 10-16-2009, another charge for $238.04 and not products received. they charge me $713.34 and never send me the products. I ordered the free trial of the Acaiberry and was told that I only had to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling. I thought wow that is worth a try. I waited for 2 weeks and finally it arrived and then the next day my account was chraged for 87.13 which is the full price for the stuff. So I called [protected] and told them that I did not authorize the change and she said that I had till the end of the trial period (14 days) to cancel the membership or I would be charged. Well it is kinda hard to know if you are going to like a product if you don't have it to try. The only thing that they could do for me is cancel my subscription and put in for a credit to the account and that would take 7 business days, if I don't se the credit on the account in that amount of time then I am to call them back and speak to the credit department. THIS COMPANY IS A CROCK. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I HOPE THAT THEY ARE SHUT DOWN SOON!

Ordered a free trial from a Rachael Ray website - postage paid by credit card of $4.08 X 2 to Beauty Sculpt and Health Focus - received samples of AcaiBerry & Life Cleanse - 2 weeks later 2 charges of $125.65 by Anti-age Access and Dermasolutions and 2 weeks after that 2 charges of $131.74 by Global Wellbeing on my credit card - I did not agree to any further orders of the product, I did not received anything after the trial product and I have no idea how all these companies now have my credit card to fraudulently withdraw money except through Health Focus or Beauty Sculpt. I will return the trial product unopened if necessary. I have contacted my credit card company to block any further charges but how do I know some other company won't do the same (under another name - there are 5 companies now!) How do I get these companies to credit back the money they stole from me?

Acai Berry unauthorised payment from bank account

I have had money taken from my account by this company without permission, and am finding it increasingly difficult to contact this company. The money they are taking is my income support and child tax credit which i need to support my little boy.

I concerned as it seems that money will continue to come from my account even though i haven't recieved the products i'm supposed to be paying for.

Their was no terms and conditions visible when i ordered my free sample for the sum of £3.95 which was apparently for postage costs.

Acai Berry money taken out without consent

I ordered over the internet some trial samples of the Acai berry detox 60 tablets, also the Life cleanse 60 tablets. But just today my credit card statement has come in & on it is money taken out for more of these tablets which I haven't even ordered. I have not received anymore of these but someone has taken money out of my credit card without my authority, so now I have to try & get in touch with someone to get my money back. I think now I will cancel that credit card so these fraudulant people can take no more from me. I can't believe I was so stupid to do this, I'll never order anything over the internet again! VERY ANGRY

Acai Berry Credit Card charges/NonShipment of Product/Bad Customer Service

I purchased the product online. A couple of weeks later I still hadn't received the product, yet, the company charged my card $79.95. I contacted the company and requested that they refund the charges and cancel my membership. They did not do that, instead, they sent the product and charged me a second time for $79.95.
I am attempting stop payment and am having my bank dispute the charges with the vendor.
I called again and asked that they cancel my membership and credit the charges. The representative indicated that I would need to ship the product back to china which would cost me $30-$40 dollars. They wouldn't even give me the shipping address over the phone, they said they would send it via email.

Extremely horrible service and a terrible hassle. Do not buy this product is my advice to you. This company works with different merchants that do not have a central system, so, each time that your credit card is charged it is by a different company/location/call center and they are unable to see any other charges.

Acai Berry Not HAPPY/ SUPPOSE TO BE FREE TRIAL DON'T WANT PRODUCT TOO MANY COMPLAINTS OF PRODUCT

I ORDERED THE FREE TRIAL PRODUCT ON 9/13/09 DIDN'T RECEIVE PRODUCT UNTIL 9/25/09. After reading the complaints on this product, I tried it for a day I really after reading the complaints I trust the products. I don't want to be billed for this free trial as the others were. I need to return the trial bottle. No info was sent along with product . The bottle that was sent was suppose to be a free trial bottle and only charge my card for shiiping and handling. The amount of 4.95 was taken out for s/h and nothing else need to be charged from my account. I even sent my email address and no confirmation # or anything was sent to me. Now I will call FTC if anything else is taken out of my account other than the 4.95 for s/h for the trial bottle. Let me know where to send back trial bottle. The 14 days for the return starts when I received the product which was on 9/25/09 trk# 9101805213907778937719 USPS dELIVERY ORDER # 759272 ON THE PACKAGE IT HAS THE DATE OF 9/18/09 BUT WAS RECEIVED AT MY ADDRESS 9/25/09 AND i WILL CONFIRM THIS THROUGH MY POST OFFICE.. I ordered the FREE TRIAL in September and than canceled before the 14 days were up. I just now received a letter from the collection agency saying that I owe the company the money. I called them up and they were rude and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say. The guy kept telling me that I should have and didn't read the terms. Which I did and it didn't say anything about what has happened to me. They are a bogus site and just trying to get money from people. I bet the product isn't even real of what is in it. They probably just say its good for you to get your attention so they can get more money from you.

I am still trying to figure this thing out. I'm going to fight this because they have misleading advertisement and are falsely charging.

Acai Berry cancellation & billing

Ordering product is easy, cancelling within the 14 day time frame is almost impossible. It is supposed to be a 99c trial but if you do not cancel in 14 days you will be billed $86.42 plus $2.59 shipping for the trial offer and 10 days later same amount for the next shipment . Mind you, you've already recieved it and it comes with no billing info. Very decieving...very back door way of doing business. I have just been told by Leo in customer service that he cannot give me a supervisors name and that basically I'm stuck for $177.98 for a prduct no better than the same at Walmart. I learned my lesson aand hpoefully someone else will beware.

Acai Berry Scam

I ordered the free trial for $4.95 and then received another shipment. they charged my credit card for $88.64 that I did not authorize. I have reported it to my credit card company to reverse the charge and I am going to block them from EVER charging my credit card again. I have emailed [protected]@acaiberrytropic.com and [protected]@acaiberrytropic.com about 6 times over the last 3 days and have received NO RESPONSES at all. I am getting ready to report them to the BBB and The attorney generals office. I called and cancelled any future shipments but based on what is being said here - I DON"T NOT TRUST THEM TO NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANY MORE! I have been trying to return the unopened bottle that they sent me but they are not answering. I told them I would not pay to return it since I did not order it. They can send me an envelope or a UPS return shipping label if they want it back. They are CROOKS!

Nothing was charged in February, but my credit card called me and said that they charged my account yesterday 4/9/10. I did not get their product or i would return theit product.

I have been in the hospital and when I came home I ordered acai berry tropic online . They say it is endorsed by Rachel Ray. It was a free trial offer for the amount of $4.95. They then proceeded to take $88.67 out 14 days later, which I did not agree to and overdrew my account . All together they cost me $167.67 extra out of my account. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this kind of mistake on their part or mine.

I was also scammed by this company. Ordered their product on a supposed 30 day trial, only received a generic receipt on email with NO contact information. Never received product. responded via email (since that was the only information I had) asking them where my product was after 20 days. Never got a response. Dug through the internet until I found a phone number, but got a messaging service, ask where my product was. Never heard back. Emailed again, never heard back. Finally got back on the internet and read all the complaints about people not receiving their product and getting charged anyway. Got my credit card statement and sure enough, they had charged me as well. Called my credit card company and got a red flag put up with this company so they couldn't charge me again. And do you believe to top it all off they have now sent me a collection letter because they could not charge me another $88.64, for product I NEVER RECEIVED.

I concur strongly with prior complaints about this company. Several years ago, I submitted for a "free" 14 day trial of this product. After 14 days, I had not received the product and emailed the company to cancel my order, as the "trial" period had passed and I did not have the benefit of actually trying the supplement. I made sure to say that I was no longer interested and that I fully expected that my account would not be charged. Within a day or so, my bank called saying that Acai Berry Tropic was attempting to charge me for the unreturned product. I told them the circumstances and that I'd cancelled my order and they agreed to keep blocking the charges. This company KEPT trying to charge me, kept sending me billing emails about my failure to comply with the terms of the trial, etc. And I kept responding, both to customer service and to billing that I had cancelled my order due to not having recieved my trial bottle within the allotted time. Eventually I found a number and called and told them in no uncertain terms that I wanted nothing more to do with this and I refused to pay for something I did not receive. They offered me a $50 Target gift card for my trouble (which never came), sent me the samples anyway, and then began calling me about my bank blocking the charges for my unreturned product. I told them that if they wanted it back, they needed to send me a prepaid return shipping label, as I was not going to pay to send it back (as per original terms of agreement) since I was not the one who failed to comply with those terms in the first place. The man with whom spoke kept telling me that I had to pay to send it back as I agreed to do when I requested the trial. And I said AGAIN and AGAIN, I did not break the terms of the trial; the company did when they failed to send it on time, and when the failed to respond or comply with my request for cancellation. Luckily I never actually had to pay anything because my back was fully cooperative with blocking their attempst at charging me. However, eventually they turned me over to a debt collector who called more than a year later to inform me that, while she understood the situation and something similar had happened to her, there would be a negative mark against my credit for failing to settle the account. The moral of the story, boys and girls, is that you should just never ever ever sign up for a "free trial" of anything online or any other place because it is not worth the harrassment, the dishonesty, and the black mark on your credit history, however small it may be.
