10/30/23 I attempted to resume service with Acorn TV. I could not access the email I'd previously used when I previously cancelled service. Using my new email, I signed up for service on 10/30/23. My account has been debited for a month's service but each time I try to stream I'm given a message to create an account. How could they debit my account without my creating an account? My account was debited 11/07/23. Moreover, I can't cancel the subscription because they say I don't have an account with them! At this point I'm out of and change. Bottomline. give me my money and cancel subscription!
