My employer switched from BCBS to Medica at the beginning of the year 2022. we used to get Rebif for MS through Fairview when we had BCBS (oh how I miss Fairview). since we have switched to Medica and have to now use Acreedo we have not been able to get these meds. I have never been more discusted with a company in my life. I have spoke to handfuls of numerous people at Acreedo in the last two weeks. End of January 2022 thru today still 2/8/22 and still no meds. they have received the prescription from the doctor, they have received a call from Fairview to transfer the prescription, we received a letter from Medica stating this prescription was covered about 3 weeks ago and still no meds. everytime I call I get the same BS excuse that they are working on it. This company has the most heartless, rude people working for them. unfortunately I feel as though we are just a number. The Acreedo website is full of [censored] as they say they care about people!

Desired outcome: desired outcome is to not have to deal with Acreedo and go back to Fairview but unfortunately for me that is not an option

I can't tell you how frustrated I am! I am so discouraged with specialty pharmacy's! Trying to get your medication is a joke! The timeliness is unacceptable. I called 6 weeks ago about the insurance change. They faxed the request today! 6 weeks ago! I have no medication!
