Act Tax Service review: Customer service representative Mike Williams

Customer service representative Mike Williams. I call in today to inquire about my state tax return and was rudely talked by one of your customers service representatives. He cut me off would not let me ask or answer any questions. He cussed at me multiple times during the call. He yelled at me the whole time during the call. He did I give me any of the information I needed to get a clear understanding of why was going on. He need to be fired from this company. I will never file another tax return with this company if this man is still employed here. I e been using the this tax service for 10 years and I’ve never been so disrespected in my life until today I called today on June 6 th 2022 at 10:15 am I would like someone to contact me asap in regards to this situation.
