Rental management company took over the ownership of the property that myself and my family live at and we have lived there for 41/2 years. We have a cockroach problem at this address and the management company is not really doing anything to address this problem much less other dirty and unhealthful problems with the property. The name of the company is ACTION MANAGEMENT.

My husband, Reginald, works way too hard to be coming home to these dirty problems. My 7 yr. old has these roaches jumping in her hair when she takes showers and is now afraid to get into our shower. Myself, at this minute, and I do mean AT THIS VERY MINUTE, as i am sending you this message, have these bugs crawling on my computer screen and my printer paper. This is sickening!

Can you and/or would you, point me in the right direction on who to report this problem to so that I may have myself and my family back to being comfortable and happy again? By the way and it probably means nothing but I am disabled and do not do a lot of lifting and see these things all day long in different parts of my apt. My family pays way too much money to have these problems and I really can't afford to move anywhere else due to my disability and my income.

Any information that you may be able to give me will be greatly appreciated. If there is none I am really thankful that you allowed me to send you this message. And, if there is any further info. needed to file any complaints, I have what is needed.

Thank-you Again and please feel free to contact me at any time at the further address nor phone number.

Salinda.

I am also living in deplorable conditions renting an apartment managed by Action Management in Long Beach CA.

The bathroom plumbing barely working, cockroaches climb the walls, an electrical outlet in the kitchen shows signs of fire & the hallways in the building are filthy.

What government agency can I report this company to?

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Division, is responsible for routinely inspecting all apartment buildings and condominiums with 5 units or more to ensure that residential housing within Los Angeles County is safe, sanitary, and fit for human habitation.

I've since relocated and filed a complaint against Action Management 790 Redondo Ave, Long Beach CA with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Division

I live in one of the apartments managed by Action Management. I have lived there for 5 years the apartment was turned over to them three years ago and the living conditions are horrible.

We have roach infestation the people they have allowed to move are pot smoking, no job having, disrespectful people.

The most frustrating of late is our mail boxes they have been broken for the past three months. The post master has sent a letter telling them to fix the mail boxes to no avail. We have to go to the post office at least two times a week to retrieve our mail.

This management company need a real overhaul or to shut there doors because you can bet there living conditions are not like the ones we are experiencing.
