On September 24, my 14-year-old son excitedly purchased 2 items from your website (His own money on my card). A pair of shoes and a crewneck of his favorite hockey team, LA Kings.
He was excited to get home from school the day they had been delivered. He loved his shoes! But upon opening the other box, he saw that he had gotten the crewneck of the opposing rival, Anaheim Ducks (what a slap in the face).
My husband got in contact with Adidas, we got a shipping label, we shipped it out and waited for the item he bought to arrive. We did everything we were asked to do to remedy your mistake. Meanwhile, my son was upset because he had purchased the LA Kings crewneck to wear to a game. If you have children, and they work hard to save money and make a desired purchase, then you have to understand the disappointment.
Yesterday, once again, my son got an alert that his item had been delivered. And, once again, he excitedly opened the box. WRONG ITEM AGAIN! This time it was a pair of shoes! Not even his size! And women's! How do you get it wrong twice? And this was way off!
My husband was irritated from the first mistake (he had to call, print label, go out of his way to ship it back) and asked me to make the call this time. I was told the call was being recorded, which I welcomed because I would love for Adidas to hear my commentary and wake up!
When my son's item ships, I fully expect it to be the correct item this time. I am a momma bear who will find time in my day to correct the wrong and share my opinions. When something affects my child, I go into another gear. Online shopping is here to stay, but our experience has been horrible! Never has Fanatics or other websites gotten it this horribly wrong. Here are the details of my child's purchase:

P.S. LA Kings rock!
Desired outcome: Get it right! send my child the item he wants! The item he has been waiting on!!!
