I have been trying to get a refund on my daughter diploma for 5 weeks. They keep telling me that it is being refunded into my bank account and it isnt. I call back and they tell me that I didnt give them correct onformation, I gave it again and they said it was being put back, This has went on for several weeks now and I still havent recieved any money back, The diplomas are worthless. The community college in my town sent them a letter telling them that it is not acceptable. Please do not use this place, It is a fraud...
Reason why momy dearest is doing this Jason Tillo is that I am the one that paid the money for it after she was homebound due to a car accident. Since it is my money that has been taken, then I am the one complaining. As for my high school education, my not being able to spell doesnt bother me, and since I am the one that thought her worthless diploma was real then I am the stupid one, in that you are correct. The only thing my daughter did was try to better herself at the scams of high schools on line. But since you know everything and so much, I can only assume you are probably part of the scam... The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i just call them .so they all most got me they are so quick to tell you o its real . if so were can i get a real high school diploma an line cause i need it and have no money to give away.
they are a scam! they have told me to wait to recieve my diploma and now i got it and it's still fake as it was before i got it and they said theyd call me back because i took the mans head off and wouldnt let him speak and went off about how its a foreign accent in a california school? no. they are a huge scam and i am going to have them shut down and jason you need to shutup when it's 300 dollars its a big friggen deal you sorry ### just because you didnt go through it doesnt mean be a pain in the ### to those who did... i am so pissed!
In April 2009 my Daughter and I both were able to get our High School Diplomas through Adison High School Online. We had asked them continually if they were accredited so that my daughter could enter the Air force and I could go to college they repeatedly told us that they were and if there were any questions to feel free to call them we called them once after my daughters recruiter said that she couldn’t use that diploma to get into the Military they then asked for the military to call them in which they were told them that it was up top them to use the diploma. I called them again after being told that I could not attend Kaplan university because they are not an accredited high school with the US Department of Education and that they are not regionally accredited. I called Adison High School and asked them for a refund and asked why I was not informed of their lack of accreditation they told me that they had to have a letter from the college stating that they wont accept me (Apparently this is what is told to many customers after finding out they are not accredited) and that I should have done my homework. I will only get a refund with a letter from the college and military. Kaplan does not wan to get involved. I paid for mine and my daughters and want a refund for both back. My daughter has missed her High School graduation and will never have that back and I have to attend a different school this has impacted our lives and they will never know how bad. (My daughter was so upset and hurt that she had a breakdown and ended up having a relapsed and is back in rehab) This company never informed us of their lack of accreditation and took us for our money. I have filed a complaint agianst this company and ask that you do too. If you know anyone else who has had this happen to them please pass it on. http://www.bbb.org/
What I can believe is people actually think going to an online high school will get you into a college. You have to go to school like everyone else in the world
I just finished the test have not gave them any money but they are real pushie is it real or what
I agree I just finished the test and passed it but the rates went from $396 to $468 to $501 ! Like really this seemed fake from initially receiving their e-mail saying that I passed the exam without even taking the exam! and right after I get a call from a guy with a thick accent saying that If I don't pay right there and then during their happy hour I would have to pay $599! Asking me for my SS# & credit card information! But I wasn't that stupid to fall for their scam! And I suggest neither of you or anyone out their pay that price for the easy way out and fake!

I did the online high diploma . Had a great job Full benefits and all. Then fine out it was a scam. My employer was nice to keep me but I got move to the kitchen. I have called these people so many times .I did get my 300.00 back, But I payed them a lot more to get my papers certified and I got a associated degree with them to that no good. All of this has happen since 2009. So I'm in a GED class know so I can keep my job .😢😢😢😢
