I was scheduled for a BBL at Adore Plastic Surgery, however, after having to reschedule five times due to not being medically cleared; I requested a refund. I’m aware of the $500 cancellation fee and the 30 day timeframe to submit the refund to my account per the refund policy. It’s been over 30 days, my refund was submitted and processed per the refund site, but I haven’t received my refund. I’ve been calling the office and emailing the Dulce the refund coordinator and no responses. I also emailed Priscilla a few days ago; I’m waiting to see if she would respond. I’m due $6100 after the $500 cancellation fee. The customer service is horrible and there’s no communication. I would like a response from Adore Plastic Surgery in regards to my refund or just submit the payment to my account as it should have been according to your refund policy.
Desired outcome: I would like my refund submitted to my account ASAP!
