Advance Vauxhall review: Sold a faulty car

Purchased a used car from Advance Vauxhall. It had many faults on the engine just after a few weeks. The car was taken to their service department many times and was sent back to me saying faults can not be found but minor parts have been changed. I repeatedly mentioned to the managers and their service department regarding the faults of knocking noise and my car going in to limp mode also back firing but everything was disregarded. Now 5 months in and I have been left with a faulty car with major faults and being forced to pay 1000s of pounds to repair the car myself. I’ve had no response from my complaints and managers have not been helpful. Would not recommend buying a car from advanced Vauxhall.

Desired outcome: My car to be repaired so it is fit for use. Surely a Vauxhall insignia’s life span is not just 5-6 months.
