We needed more solar panels to offset the cost of the electricity we use for our house and this company also installed electric water heaters with a gas backup. We signed off on the contract to get both done. During and after the process, I have to say their contractors/employees were extremely unskilled. When installing the solar panels, their employees left empty water bottles and broken roof chunks all over my backyard and didn't tell me about it even after they left. (I don't want my dogs eating random debris left behind.) When redoing the electric panel, our original solar panel meter isn't working properly and one of the outlets in our backyard that we use for a camera doesn't work anymore. They botched the stucco job, which would've decreased the value of my house because it looked so bad (my neighbors agreed). It took them a month just to address this issue. The icing on the cake though is when they installed the electric water heater. ACS had to drill a hole from our roof into the garage and when it rained, it literally poured. Water got into our garage, into the roof, into the walls, and we had to hire another company to ensure that water didn't get into the insulation, structure, or attic and to clean up ACS's mess because at that point, we don't trust them anymore. We also have a water-damaged TV and other belongings. ACS won't even cover the cost of the flooding repair company's services because "they want to make it right by getting their best guys to address this issue." The negligence of this company is astounding. I have a higher BS threshold than my fiancé, but I can't handle their low caliber "services" anymore.
Desired outcome: I want ACS to ensure the roof is 1000% water and leak proof, that they pay for the cost of the water damaged items in our garage, and that they pay for the quote ServePro of Palmdale North gave us to fix ACS's [censored] ups.
