Advanced System Repair review: purchased program could not be activated 1

On Tuesday 8/1/2019 I contacted the above company with a view to purchasing their program titled Advanced Driver Support which was advertised at a Special Price of $29.95. I downloaded the program as per their instruction and then received a request for payment. This I did using my Visa Debit Card. I then received a Licence Key number via my email. I proceeded to activate the program and received a message saying "invalid Licence key number or similar words" I proceeded to attempt this action a further two times taking extra care to ensure that the numbers and letters I typed was identical to the ones received in the email. The results were the same. I contacted Advanced Driver Support via their chat line and attempted to resolve the issue with no successful result. I informed them of the situation and that I am taking the action of Uninstalling the program and requested a refund of my payment and after further emails to resolve the issues I was informed that I should contact you for a Refund and closure of the contract. This whole issue is downright appalling and I would very much appreciate an early resolution.

If you have not already downloaded Advanced System Repair, click the blue download button above and it will install Advanced System Repair version so you can start your repairs immediately.
To activate your version of Advanced System Repair to the full version follow these simple steps:
1) Open Advanced System Repair
2) Click the Settings button in the top right corner of application window
3) In Settings window switch to tab License and anter your license key in the box labeled "Enter license key"
4) Click "Apply Key"
