A service technician came to do a diagnostic test on my stove. He just turned on the oven and tried to turn off. The oven didn’t turn off. He right away said it was the control board. He never pulled out the stove to take the panel off. To check the control panel he needed a calibrated multimeter to test the circuit board. For $129 I just got his opinion. By the way the last several times I used the oven it has turned off. I got totally ripped off and it want a refund.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back!!!!
