Dear Sirs,
I booked a flight ticket for my daughter Ginar Wally on the 23rd of August after being redirected from sky scanner as follows:
Cairo — Frankfurt — Montreal date 27th of August on Air Canada
Montreal — Frankfurt — Cairo date 23rd of December on Lufthansa
They debited my credit card and sent me the e-ticket. I checked with the airline on the 24th of August and they confirmed that they do not have a reservation for the first sector of Cairo - Frankfurt.
I sent an email to aerobilet being the agency I was directed to, they confirmed that they have confirmed the reservation with Air Canada (I have emails confirming this)
Yesterday, my daughter went to the airport in Cairo on time for the flight, and she was told over the counter that her reservation for Cairo-Frankfurt is not available however the rest of the route is confirmed. I called Air Canada who confirmed the same message and asked to get back to the agency I booked from in order to solve this situation.
I called aerobilet several times, they first denied anything wrong with the ticket and then they confirmed that the sector Cairo - Frankfurt was on waiting list and it was never confirmed. They promised to solve the problem and revert back to me. My daughter waitied for two hours over the counter in the airport till it closed and they asked to leave and hence she missed her travel yesterday and I had to cancel also many hotel reservations in Frankfurt and Ottawa because of this situation which costed me extra money as they were non refundable. They didn't revert back till the moment and my daughter has to fly because she has university dates that she cannot miss and I have no clue what to do. I have been trying the reach them over their call center, or via emails, however no answer at all.
Your help into this situation is urgently required... much appreciated.

If you wish some one to investigate the case, you need to submit the details, such as, in minimum:
- description of the events in timely manner,
- to attach the eticket / or boarding pass,
- your explantions, why the air carrier is guity in the lack of the services which you had paid for.
- what do you need in the result.
The Canadian judge can investigate the dispute betwen the pasenger and the air carrier,
if you submit the application to the court of the Canadian province and pay the application fee of CA$100.
