I was asking some details about an Audi A6 steering wheel to Paramount_styling on ebay and they offer me to buy outside ebay ( from Age Styling shop) to gain a better deal.
They assured me that the steering wheel was a brand new genuine audi wheel, but when I receive it (in a very bad package), it was clear that it was not so. The wheel has a lot of signs that comes when you install it on the car. The package came from Polland, not from Sweden.
After sending them an image he told me that these signs doesn't mean that it is used, but even the Audi service confirm that it is used, refurbished, because there are many details, many flaws that highlight a low quality, not Audi quality !
They offer the return, but their condition state: "All purchased and unwanted or returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee" and the shipment is to buyer charge !
So, they sell a refurbished item stating it is brand new and when you receive the item you have to loose 60 euros to return it back!
I don't want to waste more time with them, I'm writing a review to Age Styling (Also Known As Paramount Styling) in order to advice other consumers on what can happen with that seller.

Very simple question - is this true?
And why do you say you are based in Sweden when shipment is coming from Poland?

Yes it’s true. We are based in Sweden with logistics in both countries. Do you have any issue with it? If you do return our product and we will refund your money so we don’t have to listen to this kind of comments.

You purchased a brand new steering wheel from us, so this is what I mean.

Answer:
You are wrong. It’s not refurbished. If you don’t like it send it back and we will refund your money.

Everything looks like it should, just like OEM Audi steering wheel is. If there is something you don’t like about our product you should just send it back and we will refund your money.

Will you stop repeating yourself, parrot? I read on internet this is AGE Styling team way of doing business - which can be only called as unethical. I will be very honest with you, Albert - I don't want to send you back my REFURBISHED steering wheel, because, fair enough, somebody has done a REALLY GOOD job. But I paid for new, I paid for changing it and I paid you for shipment, which was not small amount. Either we can find a compromise here, or I will open a case with ebay.
They are crooks and the police need to be involved. They suckered me with a new BMW steering wheel that is clearly used and had the airbag removed from a car. They are selling used or stolen steering wheels as new, hoping Americans wont' do anything as they are not in the same country.
However, I've reported them to Ebay and BMW.
