I am a tow service and yeah mistakes happen but when you don't fully investigate a damage claim then before proof can be provided the take money out of your account even though you did not damage the vehicle and have picture blurry picture but none the less pictures proving the damage was on the vehicle prior the service being preformed or when a awd vehicle that was dollied into the shop claims I damaged her transfer case because she was driving the car down the highway at 60mph and car died she claimed electrical but when I showed up I fired the car up and it wouldn't even move under it own power so I dollied it to the shop the shop couldn't fix it sent it to a transmission specialist they said the transfer case was bad and I get hit with that bill even though I dollied the vehicle into the first shop and didn't tow it to the second location there whole system is a joke they shouldn't even be in this business they should leave the towing and car business to insurance and tow companies and stop being a unnecessary middle man with there hands in the money pot
