We make the full payment booking the hotel on the website www.agoda.com date is 13th July 19 - 14 July 19 StarPoints Hotel Kuala Lumpur. In the morning 12th July 19 we request change the hotel date to 20th July 20 - 21th July 19 talking by phone. The customer services person say will help us change the hotel date to 20-21th July 19. On 15th July 19 we received the email inform can't change the hotel booking date for us. Why over the date for check in only inform us then without any replacement directly cancel our booking unreasonable. If agoda customer services person incharge inform early the hotel date can't change we will stay in the hotel on the same day. We can't accept unreasonable cancel the hotel booking without replacement or refund and late notify.
