AIESEC International review: president’s service 1

Hi, my name is Hani jain and I m from India. I paid fees of rupess 18, 000 to the Aiesec in Mumbai. I selected that I want to go for poland exchange program but the letter which I should get from the Aiesec Mumbai for my visa I got that very late. And there was a lot od delay done by the vicepresident also I received the letter from them on the date of my appointment and what I saw that the name of the program for which I was going was written wrong plus the dates were also wrong so instead of giving negative effect to the visa embassy I had to remove that document due to the mistake of the vp of aiesec in Mumbai then my visa got rejected and the reason was that the justification of the stay was not provided. Now they are bot processing our refund and forcing us to go for another exchange as Poland is shengen country. Even if we try applying again there are 80% chances that we get rejected. Plz help us and process our refund as all the mistake was from the vp of aiesec in Mumbai and they have made every work in delay. Pleasse we request to make the refund. or whatever possible action. Plz take the action
